My go to vitamin C. Easy to swallow and works fast.

Time release is essential and the brand is very good. Pills are on the larger side but no issues swallowing.

So Far So Good!
I just found & switched to this Jamieson brand of Vit C because it comes in "capsule" form. I switched from Nature's Bounty bc they stopped carrying the 500mg of Vit C in the "capsule" form... and I want to take "capsules" not tablets. Anyway, I started taking them and no physical difference that I can tell. I hve my quarterly checkup next week so will circle back if there's a difference in my medical workup due to the switch. I also started taking the Jamieson brand of B12 about a month ago... so we'll see there as well. So far so good!

This Vit C bottle was sent from CANADA and arrived OPENED
This Vit C bottle was shipped from CANADA, not the US. Also, the bottle arrived OPENED. I like the Jamieson brand in general, BUT: This is a pill that people take by mouth, and since the safety seal is broken AND the bottle arrived OPENED, I cannot use it! It was a waste of money! DO NOT BUY!
