This is an amazing product, at this price point you can't get a phone better than this. literally the best if you're on a budget even if you're not this is still an amazing phone my sister loves it and I would recommend this to the whole world if I could. delivery was on time the driver was amazing. The phone is fast and the battery life is amazing, software wise this phone is up to Android 14 the latest Android is at 15 which is at its beta state. This is an amazing first phone to buy for your children if you are an Android user. It comes with a phone case and a charger in the box. The performance wouldn't let you down.

Amazing little device for the price. Hard to beat these phones in the bracket they are in. If you want a cheap device that has a ton of features this is the one.

Bloatware bloatware bloatwareThis phone came with LOADS of bloatware, wasn't terribly easy to set up initially and is stupidly non- intuitive for an android device. So far (2 weeks in), my ( and she is brilliant) wife and I have spent two days setting the thing up and getting to know it and I'd guess we're about half there. Yes, it does lots, but it really isn't worth the effort and the thousand tiny differences between their way of implementing android and pretty much everyone else's makes you want to scream.2 months in.This phone has more glitches than you can imagine...for example, it's stopped alarms from going off....mistvof them...not all. It'll tell you you have an alarm in 5 minutes ( which was set for 25 minutes ago and didn't go off) and then it doesn't go off either. That's just ONE example. There are lots more.As it is, she's going to use the Xaomi for its camera and her 5 year old Nokia for everything else. It is a much more reliable phone.We're stuck with it but she really dislikes it.2 months on....hates it!

Phone was fine but was advertised as having NFC. Had to return when I found out (eventually) that it didn't have it. Also was supposed to be a UK version but came with a European plug
