Nordic Ware Naturals Quarter Sheet, 2-Pack, Natural

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size for that volume. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher (I understand they discolor in the dishwasher), but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

I use it as a base for reheating leftovers, catching drips under pies, and even as a cooling rack when I rest it on top of a wire frame. The raised edges are the perfect height to contain juices without making it difficult to slide a spatula under whatever you're cooking. This sheet tray has exceeded my expectations. I have lived in Minnesota my whole 50+ years of life & am very familiar with Nordic Ware & their products as my mom, grandma, aunts, etc all had Nordic Ware products. Lots of recognition comes from the Bundt pans (I remember when you could buy a boxed Bundt cake mix & have my mom's old Bundt Cake Cookbook), but Nordic Ware makes a lot of other bakeware products in various shapes & sizes that are good quality items that you can use every day. I bought several quarter sheet pans & straight sided 9x13 cake pans to use in my Emeril Legasse Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven (my older pans were too big). I have not been disappointed with any of them because I knew the Nordic Ware pans would be a great choice. The pans are easy to clean, naturally nonstick, distribute heat evenly, won't warp in the oven because of the rolled edges, etc. They will scratch if you cut brownies in them with a metal knife, but the scratches don't affect their functionality. My mom used scratched pans for 50+ years & it didn't bother anything because the basic pans are not coated with any type of nonstick layer. They are easy to clean with hot soapy water. They work well for baking cookies & brownies along with baking or air frying frozen & fresh proteins. I absolutely love the cute rack for the quarter sheet pans too. I specifically bought the Quarter Sheet Pans that come with the plastic lid & the one with the rack so I would have the option to cover my brownies & hold food up off the pan with the rack. I also bought just the sheet pan. I bought the 9x13 higher sided pans for cakes & to roast in since the little countertop oven is too small for my normal roasting pans. My old 9x13 pans have the little built in handles that make them too big. In my opinion, you can never have too many Nordic Ware pans!

These are absolutely the BEST sheet pans. These small ones are great for all sorts of things and fit portions for 2 people real well. Love the rim which is very sturdy and prevents the pan from warping.

Size: Perfect size for almost any steak. We cooked a ribeye and it fit with no problem. Quality: It feels a bit light and flimsy, but that wasn’t an issue for what we needed. We also didn’t have any problems with sticking. Overall it’s a good product that’s easy to use and clean.

Excellent quality, heavy gauge aluminum. I use these as trays to hold paper plate, drink and utensils while at camp. They are perfect and sturdy. In a pinch I can use them to hold food while prepping or grilling. I highly recommend these for whatever you want to use them, they will perform well no matter what you use them for. Definitely would recommend!

Must have for meal prep. I eat a lot of meat and just never bothered with these and I regret it now. Fits perfectly in the fridge, easy to clean, gives a nice cross hatch on the meat, just a good product.

They are reasonably priced, durable, and well made. These really are the perfect size for home kitchen use. For example, they are great to salt any kind of meat and stick it in the refrigerator overnight; take it out and go right to the grill, grab another to place the cooked meat upon while it rest before slicing and eating. Clean up is a breeze, they are easy to store. I only wish I had purchased a couple more.
