This adventure started out a little rough. I ordered one sign and it worked great for a while, but then it didn't and long story short it had to be returned. I decided to save a bit of money and order one of the used ones, and it works great! The lights are bright and easily visible in the daytime from quite a long ways away (depending on the font size you use). You can program it either from your phone or laptop, but I find that the laptop is easier because you can create and store graphics easier there, but maybe I'm just old school. It was a slight learning curve, but I have a lot of fun exploring and figuring things out, so it wasn't a problem for me. When I was having problems with the first purchase, I was able to contact the company via Whatsapp (their number is in the instructions) and the girl that I talked to was extremely helpful and encouraging, and they are very good at getting back to you and communicating (although a little pushy about wanting you to post a review, LOL) We finally got the sign installed on the front of our community clubhouse and I've received numerous compliments about what a great thing it is! So far, so good. If anything changes I'll edit this post (dated 12/19/24). I'll try to upload a video as soon as I can get my phone to cooperate.

I didn’t see any reviews, so I was skeptical. Therefore, I decided to write my own review. I was looking for an affordable option for a rental sign in an apartment complex. This product works well and offers many options for text customization. You can configure it with colors or choose a simple white design, which I opted for, and it looks great. The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to choose the font size for each line. This would help maximize the number of characters that can fit, or perhaps a slimmer font could be offered to accommodate more text.

I am more than happy with this sign. I purchased the 115" x14". Very easy to use and tons of options. Thers are so many different styles of hiw to scroll your words, and there are even a bunch of background graphics that can be added. Also very bright. I highly recommend.

Product works so well. It is the best quality, much better than expected. Highly durable for an outdoor sign.

Ordered for the rental hall. Very nice quality. Easily programmed! We did have a shipping problem. But after calling we got it figured out.

I have conversing back and forth with the seller of this sign. It does not work properly . They have had me taking the sign apart putting new parts in etc. It still is not working properly. It will not connect with my wifi network It says device not found. It is really unfortunate that you are selling items that cannot be fixed by the seller. They expect me to fix it watching there video. I have put the sign back together after doing what they asked and now they want me to take it all apart again and send them photos of the repairs. This is ridiculous. I spent 445. on this sign that has a warranty and the seller is still expecting me to fix it. They need to honor their warranty and replace this sign.

Size and price were good. Assembly of two pieces of sign was easily, and plugging it in showed the demo results just fine, looks good. Unfortunately, the terms and conditions of the app are not in English, so I have no idea what I'm agreeing to. Bad form, makes me feel extremely nervous about using their app, so right now, the whole thing is useless to me

More than provided what was needed for tbe holiday season. Easy to set up and use.
