The mattress pad arrived on time and we opened it right away. Packaged nicely and it appeared to be of good quality as soon as I looked at it. Let me begin by saying that several years ago we purchased a Tempurpedic split king adjustable bed. Once of the worst purchases I ever made. Extremely expensive and far too firm for my comfort. Beds are like shoes, they always feel great in the store, but not so great once you get them home. We had the ability to return it within a 60 day period, but crazy me, I thought that it would get better! Enough about that, since this is not a review of Tempurpedic (which I would never recommend), but it is important to state why I bought this mattress pad. So, for at least two years I have been researching pads and finally zeroed in on this one from eLuxury on Amazon. The reviews looked good, except for two concerns. Once appeared to be an incorrect description of the product, which had been corrected and the other was durability. The pad sides were not holding up. I sent a message to eLuxury, received a fast reply that they had fixed the durability issue of the sides. The comments regarding their customer service was excellent, so I decided to give it a try and worst case I hoped their customer service would come through. Back to the unpackaging. We let it breath while we prepared our bed. The pad fit perfectly on our split king and, once again, the quality and feel of the pad felt very good. We made up the bed with clean sheets, etc. and it look great. By that I mean that we could see the quilting of the plush mattress pad through the fitted sheet, looking like a pillow top mattress. My wife and grand-daughter immediately got in bed and took a one hour nap, while I left. When they got up, my wife said, "you are going to like this". I have now slept two nights with this mattress pad on the tempurpedic and, oh my gosh, what a difference. When you first lay down you notice how plush this pad is. It really feels like the high end, pillow top mattresses we have in other bedrooms. I have slept the entire night in these first two nights, not waking up once and having no soreness from pressure points of the "too firm" memory foam. I can only say this makes a world of difference. I just hope it continues to feel this plush as time marches on and the pad does not get compressed. I have never felt that the memory foam tempurpedic was too hot, so I did not buy this pad to solve that problem. The other disappointment I had with the tempurpedic is that we bought the split king so we could individually adjust the two sides. Naturally, this leaves the crack down the middle between the two twins. I did not buy this pad to address that problem and thought I would look for a joiner in the future. The reviews of joiners I have researched were not good, so I have put off that purchase. Well, I am amazed to tell you that this mattress pad nearly eliminates the need for some kind of joiner. I have laid and slept right across the crack between the two twins in this split king and the crack is barely noticeable. This is a pleasant and unexpected surprise! At this point, I do not intend to look for a joiner. In summary, I give this mattress pad 5 stars. The comfort is excellent and it has really addressed the concerns I had with our tempurpedic at a fraction of the price. As mentioned, I hope it feels this good one month, six months and one year from now, but only time will tell. The quality looks very good, but once again only time will tell if it holds up. There is the one year warranty and the eLuxury customer service seems to be quite good. After two nights I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this mattress pad to anyone who asked!

Really nice topper. The material is very high quality and the feel very rich. It’s 🇺🇸 made which says it all. The fabric feels very strong as to last a long time. However I’m not sure about the sides that stretch over the mattress because it appears to be fairly thin. Time will tell, but I’m not at all concerned because; (NOTICE ) the service manager himself sent me an email and said; that he personally wanted to know if for any reason I wasn’t pleased with this product to let him and he would make it right. The reviews are very high for this reason. The management is concerned what the buyer thinks about their product. Now understand; the mattress that I’m trying to make adjustments to is a pretty new mattress bought for mom while she was living with us and is so firm that it hurts me and my wife to lay on. Mom needed something way too firm for our liking. Rock hard. Periodically because of coming in late and not wanting to wake the other person, my wife or I will sleep in the spare bedroom on the ROCK. So what I’m saying is I was expecting to make an Aireloom mattress out of a rock. Never happen. But by reviews I was expecting more because some had written reviews practically saying so. So let me say it like it is because if you purchase this topper I don’t want you to expect more than it is. As I said; this is a really nice topper. The top fabric is of great quality. The comfort is awesome, but if you’re trying to make a rock comfortable then you will more than likely need to place an egg crate underneath the topper. The topper is not as some have made it sound as though it’s 4” thick and that it’s going to be everything for everybody. Remember everyone is different. But for me and my wife We had to add an egg crate to get what We needed. That does not diminish the topper whatsoever. This is us. We needed something plush because we are actually used to sleeping on a very nice Aireloom mattress. The topper is very well made and is very comfortable. My wife and I have shopped everywhere at home and abroad and returned many until this one. It’s only a couple of weeks old but for us it’s a keeper and the best one we’ve found. We’ve tried memory foam, gel foam..... and they don’t work for us. This topper is what you might find on one of the highest quality mattresses on the market. We cannot be more satisfied. It is thicker and heavier than anything we’ve found and nothing matches the quality. As I said; everyone is different and it may be all you need but we needed to add the egg crate and now it’s wonderful for the comfort we needed. My wife and I highly recommend this topper. For its quality,comfort and its customer service. We are 💯% sure that IF we should have any problem with this topper that we will be absolutely taken care of by management. Oh yeah, it’s approx 1 1/2” thick. Very nice! I will update my review later after we’ve had time to use it more.

I'm always skeptical over things I can't touch and feel in person, especially when it comes to shoes, clothing, or bedding. I have a Serta mattress that I thought was comfortable until I bought it and got it home. I had purchased a mattress pad to go with it. It eventually ended flat and added to back pain, or waking up with that pain in the back of the neck. I then bought one of those blue gel mattress pads. It was way too hot to sleep on. During that time, I got a horrible case of insomnia. After a month of no sleep, I then started looking again. I started with the suggestion of bamboo, so I searched for a mattress topper that had a bamboo liner. I researched and looked at reviews which are mostly basically paid by companies to promote theirs to be the best. Then I found a video on youtube that talked about the difference in the mattress toppers. That's when I found the eLuxury mattress topper. When I got it in, I was even more skeptical. It looked like a brand you would buy at Walmart that was not at all what you wanted. I washed it first...then it puffed up. I put it on the mattress and now I'm having much better nights of sleep. It's so soft. Don't expect it to muffle movement because it's soft like a pillow but you will feel your significant other's movement. The most important part to me was coolness. I can't sleep when the bed gets too hot. I will wake up and it will take hours before I fall back to sleep. This topper does a good job of dissipating the body heat. I would suggest this mattress topper to anyone that does not sleep because of a hot bed.

Made my memory foam mattress wayyyy more comfortable and partner said it helps with temperature. I didn’t notice - still too warm in bed but he sweats less.

Was thick for a minute or so but once you laid on it, it would lose it's structure. Worth spending the money for a better nights'rest.
