Took me a while to find a good quality B Complex vitamin that's methylated. Most of the B and Multi vitamins with B12 consists of Cyanocobalamin contained in a cyanide group in its molecular structure, a synthetic form of vitamin B12. I go as natural as possible in anything I ingest. This one has Methylcobalamin, a natural form of vitamin B12. It has a blend of B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, and B9. It also has vitamins C and E inside natural veggie capsules. If taken daily it's a good 4-month supply. Easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. It's the most effective vitamin of its category of the B Complex family. I approve of this one.

Great Energy Boost
I've been using NatureBell Methyl B12 for a few weeks, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels. The 5000 mcg dosage is perfect for me, and I appreciate that it's in the methylcobalamin form, which is more bioavailable. The lozenges dissolve easily and have a pleasant taste. I got this because my doctor said it enters the system faster to get my very low B levels raised to a normal level. I’ve been taking it for a few days and I’d have to say I have severe anxiety and it didn’t give me anxiety unless I thought about it if that makes sense. It gives me a really big boost of energy and if I think too much on that it gives me anxiety but the vitamin itself doesn’t give me anxiety. I will say the smell of it is earthy as it says it is but it will also make your pee smell like it lol. I like it, id definitely recommend it to the people looking for something like this. But definitely take it in the morning with food

Good value, great formula, be wary of high biotin
Cheap and has the best formula on the market. Careful when taking this much biotin, can ruin lab tests. If you're doing bloodowor get off of it for a week.
