The taste is absolutely terrible. It's like a berry flavored cough syrup. It also didn't keep me asleep as I woke up 4 hours after taking it and every hour until I had to get up.

I had tried 5mg of Panchamrit strips for 2days .Firstly i thought may be due to body weight dose is less ,i consumed 2 strips for 2 days ,,no result .Waste of money .They are not allowing for return also .Taste is also very bad ,it felt like ur having some local brands cough syrups .I must say very experienced for me .Dont buy it ..
