These fans are fantastic. Bought 2 of them for our gym which has a 24’ ceiling (21’ to the bottom of the steel trusses) 50’ x 82’ space. 2 of these fans attached directly to the bottom of the trusses do a great job. They move a LOT of air and have dropped the feels like temp in our gym by almost 10 degrees. The instructions supplied are terrible. So installing the 1st one took longer than it should. 2nd fan went up pretty quick. But these are incredibly quiet fans. We can’t really hear them even on full speed (6). And the remote controls have great range. They work from across the gym thru windows. Would definitely buy these again

Fairly straight forward installation. Can easily be doen by one person. Nice looking fan and it does put out a lot of air. Pretty straight forward instruction to connect to the WiFi and Alexa even though the instructions did not totally match the app (probably due to updates), And the light goes from a very dim pinkness light to a very bright white light, very cool. The Alex commands are nice for walking into the room and turning on the light, without searching for the remote or having your phone app.

We decided our living room fan wasn't sufficient for our space, so we upgraded from a 52 to 72 inch fan, and does this one move air! With 6 speed settings, we find 3 is very sufficient for our needs. We installed it in November, so I am excited to see what it will do in the summer time when the hot air gets moved around better. The 3 light color settings are fun to play with, along with dimmer settings. Much better than the small lightbulbs in the older fan. The old fan had a 4 ft downrod that didn't match the finish, so I had to use the 2 ft downrod that it came with. Here's a suggestion, make the three included downrods connectable to make a longer downrod, for those really tall ceilings... I like the brushed nickle aluminum finish, gives the room a bit of a modern touch. The remote is handy, I'd recommend a 3M strip for temporary placement of the remote caddy on the wall until you're ready to put holes in your wall. Installation is straightforward, feed the wires through the downrod, connect. If you need a longer downrod (2ft+) you will need to splice some wire, it's 18 gauge thin wire, to the ceiling adapter/receiver box. Our fan had 3 wire romex (live, neutral, ground) without a wall switch, always on), don't lose the remote, or maybe get a backup if your remotes like to wander.

Picked it up for an outdoor fan. OMG is it huge! It is all metal, no joke heavy and solid quality. The design is a little industrial and is a royal pain to setup for phone control. Installation was great and super easy to do. No need for weights, out of the box it balanced fine. I really like the wind option and the many lighting and fan speeds. For my use I had to cap off the separate light controls but that's normal for this type of fan. I didn't care for the fine wires attached to the remote as 2 broke when twisting on the nuts. I was concerned about buying this brand since my home is full of overpriced ceiling fans from fanimation and such. This bad boy makes all the other name brand fans seem cheap and using outdated technology. I would definitely buy this brand again!

FANtastic fan that moves a lot of air. I have it in my theater room (17 x 40ft ) on a 10 foot ceiling using the short hanger and it moves the entire airspace in the room. Looks great, is very quiet, and well built at a great price. I've only had it up for about a month, so time will tell on durability, but couldn't be happier. I got the 72 inch.

It's a great fan, moves enough air in our covered patio. Picked this one because of its aluminum blades (wooden blades tend to warp over time in high humidity environments). Being able to change the color / temperature of the white light is a plus.

Sturdy. First of all this is a robust fan. It's not too heavy to handle or hang, but it's not cheap either. Metal parts and good hardware (screws, nuts and such). The wiring is long enough to not have any issues hanging it, and the instructions are easy to follow. Now, I will admit, this isn't the first fan I've hung, but some are made to look good but are difficult to install, this one is both good looking AND easy to install. The look of the unit is modern or maybe industrial...no...I guess it's modern. I have the brushed Nickle housing and the matte silver colored blades. I would've liked the brushed Nickle with gray or black blades just for a bit more contrast and style. And as for style, the size of the fan has my visitors saying "wow"! It's 7' diameter makes it a "thing" …a part of the décor, not just a utilitarian piece, like a heater vent or a light switch. It's something to look at. That's why I would've liked gray blades. As for airflow, well you can have a gentle breeze or , well, you can blow paper around the room and mess up your guest's hair! We just keep it on speed 1 most of the time. There was no balancing needed, the first time we turned it on, it was smooth and quiet. so it's balanced pretty good right out of the box. Noise? Not much at all. In fact I think the only noise you can hear is the wind itself, the motor is whisper quiet. Maybe the tiniest hum, but I cant tell if it's motor or just the blades going through the wind. It's quiet. The light is as advertised, variable color temperatures and dimmable or as bright as ya need it to be. As for any dislikes, none that are enough to make me lower the rating much. Like I said something this size can be made to look invisible, or become a piece of room décor. So as I mentioned, a darker blade option with the silver motor is one thing, the only other thing is the fan speed. In my opinion, the lowest speed, number 1, is like most other fan's number 2. I wish there were one speed lower than the current number one. It's just a bit too much for when you just want simple air circulation, but, it's not a bother or loud or anything like that. Like I said, it's a really nice fan for the price. I would've given it a 4.8 for the lack of a slower speed, and lack of blade color choices, but obviously there is no 4.8 rating available.

Absolute waste of money. The fan worked for 4 days after that it's not responding to the remote. I had bought it for our patio since the arms were long. It fits the space but it's completely useless because it doesn't work. I had to buy it earlier because the contractor had to weigh and measure the fan to be able to provide for a hook on the pergola, so it took us a while to install the fan after ordering. So couldn't return it as return window had closed. I asked the seller for support with repairs, but they completely denied responsibility because it was 2 weeks after delivery. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the seller Desert Cart and Amazon! Selling pieces of junk for 1600 AED!
