14C810600 Mini Jumbo Roller Starter Kit 4.5" , White

Great mini rollers, bought these as I have the full size roller and wanted a the same paint finish. Paint goes on lovely using these rollers, have washed them for use in the future. I did not use the tray they came with as I use the Purdy Painter Pail with the brush and roller for cutting in, this fits in great in that and feel it makes the roller easier to use rather than the tray it comes with.

I’ve found the Purdy equipment to be a little more expensive, but really high quality - and worth the extra price with the improved durability, features and finish. I like the fact also that this roller attaches onto an acme extension pole as well as their own (short and expensive) extension pole with quick release thingy..

Love Purdy brushes and rollers so decided to try this for painting doors with quick drying gloss paint as the oil-based white paint has yellowed faster than we would have liked. The roller is good but is larger than the standard small rollers so the nearest size tray I could buy elsewhere was for a 7” roller and therefore way bigger than needed. Unfortunately the tray with this is more flexible than I like so I’m not sure how long it will last.

¡Un set excelente! Todos conocemos la calidad de Purdy, y aquí el precio también es muy bueno. El acabado que ofrece este set es increíble. El mango es de los mejores que he usado. La cubeta es de plástico y, en mi opinión, dura para un máximo de 2 o 3 usos.

Funktioniert wie es soll, leicht zu Reinigen, Ersatzrollen preiswert erhältlich.

I love these small Purdy rollers. They’re very easy to handle and I use them for everything except rolling an entire wall. The tray in this kit is also lovely - so much nicer than dealing with a larger tray. I only use Purdy rollers (my preference - I’ve compared to others). Overall, Purdy gets my vote every time.

ce Purdy White Dove 4,5" est un excellent petit manchon pour les finitions et les zones étroites. Ce que j’ai adoré : Fini ultra lisse : C’est vraiment le point fort des White Dove. Il laisse un rendu très doux, presque sans trace ni orange peel, même sur des peintures satinées ou brillantes. Idéal pour les petits espaces : Parfait pour les portes, les encadrements de fenêtres, les radiateurs, les meubles, les placards, les angles et les recoins où un rouleau 18 cm est trop gros. Très bonne absorption et restitution : Charge bien la peinture et la relâche uniformément sans projections. Qualité Purdy : Poils microfibre denses, ne perd presque pas de poils, et se lave très bien (réutilisable plusieurs fois). Petits bémols : Un peu cher pour un petit rouleau, mais la qualité du fini justifie largement le prix. Nécessite un cadre 4,5" (11 cm) adapté (Purdy ou compatible). Verdict : Si vous faites des finitions soignées, des meubles, des portes ou des petites surfaces, ce Purdy White Dove 4,5" est l’un des meilleurs manchons du marché. Résultat pro garanti. 5 étoiles, je l’ai adopté pour tous mes travaux de précision ! 🎨🖌️✨

Can’t beat Purdy in quality. The paint pan is not as thick/steady as I’d like it. I just ended up using it as a reusable liner.
