While I do notice some salt residue, it simply sits on the surface of the silicone and is easy to clean with a quick wipe using a microfiber cloth.Installation was straightforward. I removed the original facial interface from the Quest 3 and then carefully tucked the edges of the silicone cover around it. I paid close attention to the top middle section, as some reviews for similar products mentioned issues with blocking the proximity sensor. By carefully tucking the silicone in this area, I was able to avoid any such problems, and the headset continues to function as expected.Initially, I was unsure about the part that blocks the nose opening, but it has turned out to be a welcome addition. It hasn't felt restrictive or bothersome during gameplay, and I appreciate the extra bit of darkness it provides inside the headset, which enhances immersion.Finally, one of the additional benefits of this silicone cover is the improved hygiene when sharing the headset. This one is nice because it's smooth, not textured like my last one. And because of that I can just wipe it off with a cloth before I use it. It fits well.

I ended up removing the silicon face shield from my Quest 3. It was blocking the sensor which would turn off the display. Thought I had a headset issue but it was just the silicon face shield.

This is exactly what I was looking for to cover my original Quest 3 headset. It fits perfectly and I have grown to love the added thumb control cover grips! So glad I purchased this set!

When buying from third party manufacturers, I always want to find ones that are as close as possible to the first-party versions.I play a lot of fitness / sports games on my Meta Quest 3, so I wanted something that would hold up to a lot of sweat, oil, and movement without becoming unsecured from the headset.I'm super happy with this set overall. It was a perfect fit right off the bat. It was very easy to install and gripped the headset well. I've played hours of virtual table tennis with it, and despite quite a bit of sweat and jumping around, this face cover has performed as well or better than the first-party version I had on my Meta Quest 2.For the price, it's hard to beat!If you're looking for a good alternative, or if you just want to have an extra cover handy to always have a clean one nearby, this is a great choice!
