I give it a 5 star review but since November 2024 I am already replacing it. I may have had too many drops or it may be the device. My signal drops and speaker cuts out in just 6+ months but I am giving it a 2nd chance. This is one of the last devices that you can add an SD card!

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. it's a real and verified Samsung product so everything works out of the box

Great purchase, I wanted a new phone and faster ram at 8gb processing and this is a good budget phone under 500 bucks

I knew this was an unlocked International version. It said it was US compatible LTE, which was fine since I'm very rural and have no 5g capability yet. However, what is not clear is that since the phone is manufactured for outside the US, certain things will not work here. A big thing for me is that Samsung Wallet/Samsung Pay will not run on this phone in the US. This was confirmed with a call to Samsung Support. I'm leaning toward returning the phone at this point. Otherwise, everything else seems great.Phone has been returned.

1st update: 8/26/2024 Received the circle to search update, nice to see higher end features make their way to cheaper models...phone has meet expectations so far.The 1st picture is the txt from Tmobile which shows partial network compatibility, I'm assuming it's missing one of Tmobile's 5g bands .Phone was purchased for international travel and as a backup when our main device breaks, which has happened twice once in Greece and once in Bermuda which it's a major headache when you are not home. I will always carry a spare phone from now on.The one broken in Greece was a drop that cause the screen to crack, I was able to put phone in maintenance mode before taking to shop, the one in Bermuda, the screen went black, was not able to put on maintenance mode which turns into a security problem whith phone banking and all the stored passwords in phone, setting secure folder for all those apps and also getting a separate app for passwords, not Google.Overall the phone was easy to set up and works as advertised. The charger is a after marker charger provided in the box, better than nothing, phone box was properly sealed from mfg.Will update after our Panama trip.
