This is my second canister from this company. If you have high cholesterol, this can help. It helps your blood vessels expand and dilate. This is the precursor to nitric oxide that does just that. It is also good for working out and getting that pump. I mix this with beet root powder, hawthorne berry and pomegranate juice. This fruit punch flavor tastes great, but so does the plain flavor, which tastes like sour lemons This gives your circulatory system a boost. The picture shows the product right after opening it. The level of powder is somewhat low, and there is a stay fresh pack in it.

Arrived right on schedule, which is always a bonus. It was packaged super securely too. And best of all, it was completely sealed, so no worries there! The taste is absolutely amazing.

Drinking this in the morning helps me feel more alert and energetic compared to caffeine. The flavor is also amazing and it dissolves perfectly in a bottle of water. I also ccidentally tasted a tiny amount of the powder dry without water and it was very sweet like cotton candy. Only downside is you may have to dig to find the spoon but that's a tiny issue.

A little sweet so I mix it 1:1 with the unflavored along with creatine. Works for me.

I have used this product for a couple of years. Not only do I use this one but a large number of the Nutricost products. I've been using supplements for years. I was even sponsored by a supplement company years ago being a competitive bodybuilder. So, I know a good product when I see it. I not only use this before workouts but I also use it as a means to help control my high blood pressure. I am not giving any medical advice but it helps a lot in keeping my BP under control. The taste is great and easily digested. No gas, bloating, reflux or any unpleasant side effects. Great for daily use.

I've been using the product for a year now, but only the blue raspberry flavor. This was the first time trying fruit punch, and it tasted amazing. I mix it with my creatine and it tasted good. Love the product, I will keep using it.A+

I go to the gym 5am before work and I just wanted to not feel groggy all the time. And since I already drink coffee I didn't want anything with caffeine. Also I'm wary of side effects. This morning was my first time taking any supplements that wasn't creatine or protein and it felt amazing. Pump was crazy and I felt stronger and more stable doing 90lb dumbbell bench. Will update if any side effects occur
