Easy and It Works For Me
These are a little pricier than what I normally get but I do like them. They're easy to swallow of course and they seem to work. Like with any prebiotic probiotic combination you have to give them at least 14 days to really tell the difference and guess what the other stuff I'm taking it seems to be doing the trick
