Hair health and growth
I've been using this product for many years and I'm a distributor of Nature's Sunshine products. I love it, it works and I'm glad to have found it on Amazon. Nature's Sunshine often runs out of it because it's true to its word for the health of your hair, skin, nails and W for the founder of the product Whitman. Vitamins - horsetail, dulse, rosemary, and sage, are known to promote healthy hair, skin and nails.

So far, so good
I love nature's sunshine - I've used them for years and they are definitely an amazing reputable company, and highly recommended by health professionals. I've only been taking this product for 2 weeks and it's definitely not a "quick fix" but I am patient and have confidence. I ordered it for my nails, which are weak and peeling. I haven't seen much change there yet, but that makes sense - it'll only help the new growth, which I won't really see for a few months at least. My complexion has definitely improved - more even and smooth and my hair has definitely grown a little faster in just 2 weeks. Again, this product needs to be used consistently over time to notice a difference but so far so good!

Tried and True
I have used this supplement for over a decade now. Whenever I stop using it I notice the white of my nails are not as bright and they tend to peal. With this supplement they are bright white and I can barely bend my nail at all they are so strong!

Really good
I have used this product before, noticing improvement in my hair, nails and skin, even helping to reduce some small marks of something that looked like stretch marks on my legs. To see these results in my self it was up to a month and a half approximately, since everything is gradual
