I've got the ryzen 3 5000 series 8gb variant in july 2024 It has been 2 days of using it The built quality of my unit is intact,no damage or scratches so far since delivery Coming from using IPS display in desktop and amoled in cellphone the screen quality of the laptop feels dull but knowing what i paid for and got,I'm ok with it. if anyone is planning to get this product they will get used to the display quality eventually I haven't installed anything yet and feel it's bit laggy but I'm ok with it,as I don't play games and will use it for online work and other productive work which don't require that much memory(although RAM can be extended in this model), people should go for the 16gb ram varient if availability of ryzen 3 5000 is there,under 31k or less Battery backup is about 3/4 hours of average usage, but more backup can be achieved according to usage patterns, adjusting screen brightness in a new unit as it gets older battery degradation will happen eventually as backup of the laptop WiFi is working fine so far, haven't tried bluetooth function yet Speaker is of average quality but on softer side,what i felt could have been a little louder Keyboard is without backlit and responsive, if you have big hands and fingers then it might be an issue(buy an external keyboard and mouse)like me and this will solve the inconvenience and longevity of keyboard and trackpad of laptop All the ports and jack are working fine What i had seen in videos and reviews, i thought they will provide a 45watt charger but they have provided with 65 watt charger which charges quite fast, which is a plus point but still it takes about 2 hrs 10 min to fully charged from 7% to 100% in my case(with wifi/ bluetooth off and no apps running in background with 25 to 30% screen brightness) It doesn't come with lifetime validity of MS office you have to buy after free trail period or find a cracked one from local computer stores Overall you can buy the laptop if you are in a budget with decent built,fast charging,full HD screen and average performance under 27000 then go for it,you can also get it under 25000 during sale seasons using bank cards and exchange offers In future I will update my review or post a comment if something unusual things come by with the laptop

Don't buy it. And specially from Amazon don't purchase anything costly product, because if there is any fault this people will only ask you follow policy and at the end not provide proper product, as their third party seller or carrier confirm all false information with them. Amazon will not try also to validate details with Customer who paid for that product. I'm prime customer for Amazon, I purchased this laptop however mouse pad was not working, requested service, that also not turned up properly, as per their guidance followed all policy and procedures and raised return as replacement option was not there, however no one came to pickup, and Amazon got confirmation from their third party carrier and investigation team that they connected with customer and no issues with laptop so no return or replacement. I'm purchasing product and I need to follow up with Amazon's third party seller or other service providers. Basically Amazon and it's third party seller covered timelines of return and replacement option to say we tried and my timeline for return and refund is over now. When check with Amazon, their leader Garima, Nabila, they mentioned Amazon followed all procedure and now as per that I don't have any option. The Customer service team is really pathetic, and set up of Amazon is also getting worst, because now a days all these third party seller not providing proper service or product and Amazon is least bothered about it because they already their money.

Its a value for money product which i bought at final price of rupees 23500 during 2 days "Prime days sale" from 20 and 21 july 2024. I purchased AMD Ryzen 3, 8 gb ram and 512 gb ssd without MSO model and upgraded one more 8 gb ram in it to get 16 gb ram config. Functions are smooth, design is good, long battery life, full hd display. Overall one can buy it in 24k to 27k budget

Like the quality of pc and dislike that the PC not charging in its first arrival hour . i tried to charge but not working .

I bought R3 8GB variant of this Laptop. My plan is to by 8GB later down the line and upgrade the laptop to dual-channel 16GB RAM. The laptop can manage all the day-to-day tasks without any problem. The keyboard is okay, it has good key spacing and decent travel but lacks backlight. The only cheap thing you feel about this laptop is its display. It has poor colors and sub-par viewing angles. Sound quality of this laptop is okay and you can customize sound profiles to some extent in nahimic software. Finally, the battery lasts 5hrs+ on normal usage (ex: browsing, youtube, netflix, word, powerpoint, etc) and it charges up quickly too. Overall it is a good value if you can get it for 25k or less.
