Great purchase
All the parts matched my factory stuff. Well made. Will buy again. The only thing was the box was beat-up pretty bad. Thanks Fed-x

As good as OEM for my Escalade
I was a little concerned about the low price of this kit...until I did some research. Reviews and forums seem to be positive. USA-made, OEM supplier, 10 year warranty, so I thought I'd give them a try. It's Amazon after all, can always return it.I received the kit and was impressed by the looks of the parts. Installed everything over the weekend and was pleased with the fit and quality. Had the front end aligned today and the tech said it was the tightest GM front end he's seen in a long time. Just no slop or play at all.Ask me again in 50,000 miles, but for now I'd recommend Detroit Axle for sure.Suspension components are heavy and bulky, so a lot of the price has to be shipping and handling. Detroit Axle puts it all in one big, heavy box so there must be some savings there.

Not correct ball joint
Part fit perfectly but 2 years later the lower ball joint broke so I went to the parts store to replace it but these are not the correct ball joints for my truck. After going to 2 different parts stores and trying different brands of ball joints they were all too small. My only choice was to buy another control arm from the parts store.

DONT BUY
If I could rate it a one star I Probably would but this is definitely one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Don’t cheap out. Ball joints failed after 2 months of freeway driving. Cracking on multiple rubber pieces.

the right parts
I have purchased from Detroit Axle many times. As usual the item was right the price was fair and the quality seems good. I have never had a problem with anything from this company and have been using their products for many yrs.You just need to be sure you double check that the part fits your application, using the amazon garage seems to do a good job of this. The control arm kit I ordered for my 2008 Silverado fit perfect only thing about this order the bags with small parts was broken and it was missing a couple cotter pins because the box was broken on the corners. No big deal I keep that kind of thing on hand. That is something that only a crate would remedy but would add considerable to the cost, so I don't hold that against them.Do not be a fraid to order from them.
