Excellent value! This specialty knife is very sturdy and sharp. I got it for an excellent price, and it saved me from buying a knife set just so that I can get another Santoku knife. This knife is very well designed, and the standard length for Santoku knives, making it easy to use.

Excellent sharp boning knife
I brought this as I wanted to learn how to cut up a whole leg of lamb into steaks. It just glided through the cutting process with ease. Very sharp so be careful as I accidentally sliced my finger si be careful. I am going to purchase more of them as they are very sturdy knifes that looks like they will last. I will be purchasing more.
