Extra Wide Polyimide tape, also known as Kapton tape, is a popular choice for 3D print bed surfacing due to its high temperature resistance (up to 280c) and superior bed adhesion. It's also commonly used for insulating hot ends and other general purpose electronics applications that require high heat resistance. Repkord Kapton is 0.06mm thick and uses a high temp silicone adhesion for superior prints every time. It is particularly well suited for printing ABS and will help minimize the risk of warpage and lifting. The roll is 2 inches wide (50mm) and over 100ft long.
