This is a great idea. Does exactly what it claims. Attaches to your dumbbells and makes them function like a kettlebell. They attach easily. Good product! Has lasted a while now, it's not flimsy plastic.

This is sturdy and fits on CAP standard dumbbells but not on their neoprene covered version. The grip bar is bigger around (due to the coating I believe) and wont allow the adapter to close around it. I even tried taking out the rubber inserts inside the adapter but it still isn't able to close. Most of our dumbbells are the black neoprene covered ones so this won't work for us.

I returned this in BRAND NEW condition because it did not fit 3 different dumbbells I tried it on, and the clasp seemed flimsy like it Mike break if it force it. So I just returned it, and they deducted $4.80 from my return for “damage” — note I never actually even used the product just tried to see if it would fit a dumbbell, and returned it in the exact same condition and exact packaging! Do not waste your money on this item!!!!

It works fairly well does the job on most exercises, “round the worlds “ finding some awkwardness but definitely better than the cost of a set of kettlebells to see if you like the exercise routines with them before you purchase a set

Very cool item, especially if you don't have a whole assortment of kettle bells. It claims that it will work with up to a 100 lb. dumbbell, but the larger dumbbells at my gym do not fit into the grip. Seems like a sturdy design and well put together. Very light, and you can carry in your gym bag. Just wish it worked on the larger dumbbells.

Excellent grip and easy to work with, any size weight of your dumbbell. Nicely assembled .

item works as described. The only area that it's tricky is when the weight is heavy (dumbbell) like the one I have, 35 pounds, you need to make a lot of strength to lock it. So it does not fit all dumbbell handle sizes. For the dumbbells with lighter weights it works well.

可変式ダンベルだと5kgのプレートが、この商品の三角形の持つ部分に当たってしまい使用できません。どのダンベルでも重り部分の高さがあれば使えないと思います。
