Pretty easy app control
An IR repeater controlled through Wi-Fi is a pretty sweet device to have for home automation. You can set up routines and all kinds of things for air filters, air conditioners, fans, televisions, lights and so on. This is especially useful if you travel a lot and want to have routines where the television is on at night. This didn't have any connectivity issues and seems to work well in my tests. The price isn't prohibitive as this is a pretty speciality device. I would recommend this if you need a device to control IR devices through the internet.

Device Works as Expected, App Needs Work
This is my second accessory made by Landon. This IR repeater was relatively easy to install. Once you plug in the device and open the SmartLiving app, the device is recognized and can be set up. After set up, I was able to create a new customized IR remote. I set up one for my office television. Once I set up a new remote, I begin assigning keys. After pressing the green + sign, I pointed the remote at the IR repeater and press the button that I wanted it to learn. Once the button has learned, I could give it a name. This IR blaster appears to work very well, And I’m happy with it so far.
