I am absolutely IN LOVE with this machine!! I’ve been making my own iced lattes every single day since I’ve gotten it. Haven’t even gone to the coffee shops I was gifted money cards too for Christmas! This is going to save me so much money in the long run, absolutely worth the cost and biting the bullet after wanting one for years and researching. It’s easy to clean, only complaint would be the static and coffee grinds getting all over the place. But, again, easy clean up! Would recommend anyone looking to get any espresso machine to also get the screens for the puck, definitely helps with containing mess! It’s easy to learn how to use and to control how strong you want your espresso. I’m a beginner and I would say this is the best machine for us newbies! It’s also just simply beautiful and a joy to look at.

Bought product read instructions and watched all videos online at Philips. Set everything up per manufacturer recommendations. After 2 months product start not controlling the grind amount. And pressure is not not building past the under extraction point making espressos that are half foam. Went through all trouble shooting videos in manual and online still not working. Contact Amazon, they will not replace at this point. Recommend to contact Philips. Call them on the phone for 30 min explaining to someone who can barely speak English how to spell my name, etc. and explaining that I don’t need trouble shooting help. I have already done all of that and that I simply would like the unit replaced. They needed the serial number a model number which was already registered on Philips which they said they couldn’t access. Said they could not assist me until then. So after literally 45 min of being on we got a name, email, nature of the issue I was experiencing. Pretty terrible experience all around especially for the money you pay

I have owned 4 nespresso machines prior to this machine. By far, this product out performs Nespresso and pod-type espresso machines by far for a competitive price. I am a big fan of an americano. I have not been to Starbucks since I received this machine 3 weeks ago. It’s easy to assemble and to teach yourself how to use. I recommend TikTok explanation videos if you’re a visual learner. One watch and I was good to go. The tamper works really well, it did not come with an espresso aerator so I have purchased one of those separately. The espresso is great without it, but I think being able to aerate the fresh grounds will be a game changer. Only downside is the machine is slightly too large to fit under my kitchen cabinets with the bean grinder. I wish that Phillips separately sold a more low profile container. This machine is easy to clean as well! I’ve been using Wegmans espresso beans, the flavor is never burnt. Just takes a few tries to get the grind and grind amount correct!

This thing is amazing. I have had this for close to a year and does not disappoint. If I was not on a budget it would have been better to buy a fully automatic coffee maker. However, I have too many kids to have nice things. The machine has a small learning curve but if you take some time to educate yourself on how to use and adjust the settings you will be rewarded.

We received the machine yesterday, and there are a few red flags for potential buyers. We purchased this during Prime Days and got a discount. First off, USPS reported it as delivered in person to us, but it wasn’t. It was left on our driveway next to the garage door, whereas all our orders usually get delivered to our porch. Second, the box arrived damaged, resulting in a noticeable dent on the machine’s side panel. Our first instinct was to call customer service for a replacement. Here’s where the issues began. Unlike previous experiences, Amazon only offered a refund. We specifically requested a replacement, but they insisted on processing a refund and suggested we reorder the item. They claimed to have no visibility or control over the Philips inventory, despite the item being sold and fulfilled by the Philips store on Amazon. So, if you receive a damaged or dented machine due to shipping issues, your options are limited to return and refund only. We did manage to get a 10% discount after involving a supervisor. Regarding the espresso and Americano, the taste is decent but nothing extraordinary. We like the temperature markers on the milk jug, which is a neat feature. The machine has good and stable pressure, but make sure to keep it at the optimal pressure point for espresso.

Brews very easily, coffee comes out hot and foamy. Was a little pricey but worth it. Haven’t had issues.

I was debating between a Breville bambino plus with a Breville grinder pro and this, after watching multiple videos in YT and this went down in price, I finally decided to get this, this is amazing for someone who loves a cup a latte in the morning, the accessories that came with this machine are amazing in quality, the tamper is heavy and the milk pitcher has a temperature control on it.

It’s a beautiful machine to look at, but I’ve had a few issues with how it functions. One major reason I chose this model over a cheaper one was the advertised dual bean hopper, which supposedly allows for two types of beans. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work as expected—it’s confusing and impractical. I contacted Philips customer service to discuss the issue and request a credit for the extra cost, but they were unhelpful and refused. I ended up keeping the machine, but I wouldn’t make the same choice again.

I liked the machine and experience in the beginning after just two and a half months the grinder got a problem and stopped working (clogging or something) and I have to send it in for repair (for warranty) which will take about a month. So disappointing.

Coming off from a super automatic, and honestly did not buy B- named brand because of pricing, I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. Ok granted it is not as easy to use as the new Breville, and the milk frother takes a bit used to (also noisy), but given the quality of the accessories, the machine itself, I think the money is well spent. Unless you require absolute precision in your coffee making (which this machine cannot do), I recommend this simply because of the price point
