I purchased this on the advice of my doctor and have used it consistently for about 8 weeks. I have autoimmune diseases and struggle with pain and inflammation. I use my mat before bed and I find it’s very relaxing, helps me fall asleep o and has helped with my joint pain. It’s so convenient compared to having to go to a facility. It works great, has options for length of time and strength of the treatment, it’s comfortable and easy to lay on top of or wrap around me. Highly recommend!

Five stars because this RLT belt us the best. Great price. Great quality, Recovered fully using this belt for TBI. It also healed years-long injuries to wrist, shoulder and feet. The protective plastic cover is set aside. Keep it in case a sweaty friend drops by. I have a 34” inch waist and the belt is 31” long so It wraps comfortably. Special great design includes two pulse settings, 10 or 40. That dissipates some of the heat produced by the Near Infrared — much more comfy. Never gets too hot set to 40. I think maybe the removable velcro strap is kinda clumsy. Get one or twice. Get ready to be amazed. I spend one hour every morning combined with 12 mg capsules of MB. I am 71. I am thinking of using four of these at a time to create full coverage front and back. Planet Fitness has a RLT beds, those cost thousands, and GMOWNW RLT is a bargain.

Great product for a great price. I bought this to help with healing after an injury to my hand and have used it for far more than just that! I can lay lightly on it and it works really well. It is very bright so you want to make sure to use the glasses they come with, but it's very flexible so you can drape it over your shoulder, wrap it around your arm, whatever you need. It's super lightweight and is definitely helpful in recovery.

Product worked well for me after shoulder surgery. Helped with the dull ache. I continue to use it other places. I recently had a problem with the cord shorting out. I emailed customer service and sent a video of the problem. They said they would ship a new cord to me. Today I received a whole new pad!!! Complete with everything. What a surprise. Best customer service ever!!

I have had this for just over 1 year. I use it nightly on the highest setting for 30 minutes. It’s relaxing but I also feels like it gives me energy as I cannot sleep with it turned on. But fall asleep right after. The LEDs in the middle on the sides are starting to go out but I will buy another. It’s great for sore muscles and reducing inflammation. I haven’t noticed skin improvements. It came with a clear plastic cover but it was annoying and kept falling off. I just got rid of it - it’s easier this way.

My healthcare professional recommended this to help with my inflammation and I am so happy I got it! At the end of the day, 3-4 times a week, I can sit back and relax with it on me and watch TV while it does its thing. It’s got a timer so I just have to set it and adjust the intensity level and it’s ready to go. The pad is long enough to go from hip to ankle and covers the entire area where I need it to focus on. It’s flexible so it can wrap around you if needed. The cord is long enough for me that I can use it on my couch. I started using it every other day when I got it over a month ago, but now only 2-3 times a week as I feel better more often. It seems pretty well made and worth buying.
