I bought these for my bearded dragons. Definitely worth the money.

These are 13W CFL bulbs, so they are larger than the smaller wattage CFL bulbs. Not an issue, just something to be mindful of when purchasing.I use these bulbs to cover my turtle's tank. The turtle doesn't need a UVB 10 bulb, but at the height that I use it at and a mesh screen, the bulb effectively acts like a UVB 5 bulb.I've used this for several months and there's a little browning near the base, but the light looks just as bright as when i started using it.

My tortoise lives indoors, so we like to take him outside to get to get his daily dose of UVB. But on days where we can't due to time, weather, etc., we use an indoor lamp that uses UVB bulbs to provide him the necessary lighting. This pack comes with 2 bulbs, and they fit nicely into our heating lamp that's affixed to the tortoise's cage. And the 2 should last us awhile!

It is 6 inches long from tip to tip. Measure your hoods/lamps before you buy.Okay, so, the 26 watt bulb is quite long. It doesn't fit any of my lamps properly. Which I would say is my fault for not measuring but I don't see the bulb length anywhere on the page. It gives off UVB as described and is quite bright. It's almost like a blue-white light coming off it. I would NOT want to look at it directly and would suggest you have it in a hood or covered lamp for sure. Don't put this in an open fixture (like I did just to test the UVB output) because it's a very functional bulb.

So far so good. These are nice bulbs that give Bearded dragons like mine that very much needed UVA UVB light for vitamin D production and calcium absorption. They are the 13-watt and 10.0 UVB ones so they aren't as potent as others you can get but these ones have the shorter bulb lengths in case you have smaller lamps. And they work well in smaller cages. But even though they are shorter and technically give less light compared to other brighter bulbs that are stronger and longer they are still pretty bright. I have it lighting up almost an entire 64-gallon aquarium tank right now. I usually do two of these for that tank but I wonder if it would be too bright. I am not using it for any kind of heat although I do feel heat come out of it. I have had them for over a month now and still using the first bulb which should give me many more months even a year more out of it. So, we will see. So far, I like what I see.

I got these initially as a replacement in case I needed it for my snake. however I decided to try and utilize it for growing plants inside in the meantime. however, it turns out that it definitely is not very bright at all and it's a really weird color. I really don't like the color, and it's nothing like the current light that I have. however, it does work very well to assist in photosynthesis for plants.

These UVB bulbs are the same intensity (10.0) that I usually get however they actually give the appearance of daylight for my tortoises unlike the other UVB bulbs I used to get. My tortoises instantly perked up once these were installed. They don’t get hot, they’re compatible with my lamps, and they don’t over power. They work great with my timers and after a day my tortoises seem to enjoy them more. They came packaged well so nothing broke in shipping and they even come with a limited warranty that was super easy to activate.These bulbs are great and I really like them so far.

It is a package of two light bulbs that emit UVA and UVB light. Bulbs work OK. It is good that they do not emit UVC, but one should still protect skin and eyes from UVA and UVB light. I use them in an enclosure. So far no problems and they work as intended. We will see how long they last.
