I replaced my old (broken) pullout trash can hardware with this unit. The quality was impressive, the install went easier than anticipated, the instructions were clear, and the result was perfect. I was able to get the old face panel installed on the new hardware almost perfectly matching the height, width, spacings of the other cabinets with only a slight adjustment per the instructions for perfect fit. A well engineered design, easy to adjust if needed. Works great. looks like a professional did it. The new hardware is much sturdier than the old failed unit. Price was great, delivery quick, packaging excellent.

This metal is so well made. It’s a heavy duty grey powder coat like an oven interior. Lots of weight to it. So much nicer than the stainless wire one I replaced. Very sturdy, also unlike the one I replaced. My kids often push the trash down with all of their might, so it wasn’t the other holder’s fault—this one won’t budge. Only one issue, I bought the single and had to return the larger sized can they said would fit. It fit in the holder, but was too tall for my opening. The smaller can is just right. It wasn’t very difficult to install because of the templates given. Really easy. I noticed some saying this was difficult to install and it’s quite the opposite if you read the instructions. So easy. This is an old house so I had to search for an odd sized slide rail. Love the soft close function. Get the smaller can size they suggested if you’re close to the 20” height limit they specify. I had 21” and the big can was 2” too tall. The bottom mount gives it a little more height. Very nice.

First one i ordered had a bad thread and i returned it and ordered again - thats the reason for 4 not 5 stars. However once I got the new one it was easy to put together as a handy mom. You need a drill bit to make fresh holes in your wood for the screws fyi.

My first time doing an upgrade of this level in my country kitchen. It was delivered early and the directions were very nice with no surprises. They gave me the option of a step by step video which helped as well. The templates for the screw hole locations a big plus. Mine was a standard cabinet door so I followed those directions and had no hiccups. I'm very happy with the end result and very proud of myself for doing this myself. On to my next upgrade...

I really like that the instruction comes with 2 sheets of paper with guide to mark where to drill the nails inside the cabinet and on the door. It takes a little force to pull it for few inches, then it easily slides out by itself. Closing it only takes a little push, then it closes shut all the way. The only installation difficulty I encountered is when attaching the door to the frame, there's nothing to keep the door from slipping out of place. You will definitely need an extra pair of hands or 2 large clamps to hold the cabinet door in place while you tightening up all the screws. The major thing I don't like is that it doesn't slide out far enough for me to easily put in the trash bin (this is the single bin). I really have to use force to put in and take out the bin. Taking in/out of trash bag is not an issue. But you may want to take into consideration if you frequently take your bin out for cleaning and such. It will be a pain. So overall, it does the job. I'd love it if the frame can slide out slightly a little more.

Great product. Easy to install. I had a lip on the bottom of my cabinet so I added a 2x4 then mounted slides on top. Works beautiful.

Great price point and it does what it's designed to do. My kitchen had an old trash compactor with a finished cabinet door on the front of it. Removed the trash compactor which left a gaping hole between two cabinets. I saved the cabinet door facing and stuffed a trash can into the void until I could find a solution. Was so happy to find this trash can drawer. Installed it in about three hours - it was a straight forward assembly and install, but it took more time because I had to create a base for the floor since I wasn't starting with a finished cabinet base. I was able to use the cabinet drawer facing I'd saved, and the finished product looks gorgeous! Once installed, I took careful measurements and set out to find trash cans to fit. This was challenging! Ended up ordering a pair from Amazon.
