I recently purchased the Lloyd 1.3 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking quality cooling solutions.

Can't really tell if the AC is good, Because they haven't installed it yet. I'm waiting for the past 4 days(that too I'm in a metro city). The customer support wow, if you ever feel useless in life, don't worry there's Lloyd customer care which is way more useless 😅. Judging by this I'm having a feeling that their aftersale is also going to be bad. If you claim for warrenty, chances are you will get it after 10 years, oh sorry!! Warrenty over 😛 Maybe a good product, but ruined by bad support. I would not recommend. Maybe the price is kept low because of these issues. By Gods grace 🙏🏼 if they happened to install the AC. I'll update my review about the product. Thanks guys Update:: AC is good, does the job. Compared to my LG which is priced higher, performance is comparable however it's a little bit noisy, but not disturbing. AC remote and indoor unit plastic could have been better in quality. Can't complain much for the price.

The installation service is so worse that I recommend, you look for an offline option. Nothing to like,purchased for my parents to help them in the scorching heat, delivered on 3rd, with previous bad experience for installation ,I called up amazon which conveyed the priority as well as gave me customer care no for Havells. After that from 4rth ,I have done 6 calls till 7th, 4 calls in last 24 hrs and 2 emails to havells customer care. Emails are not answered and in every call,its informed its escalated ,we are sorry for such delay and the service req will be handled in high priority the same day. I am frustrated and sick with hearing this for 3rd straight day. Hope it get installed today *** update*** Installation was a joke and using my experience as worse will be understatement to that word. Amazon should introduce negative stars. After so many days ,I got a technician assigned he sent 2 guys. They came and installed ,if drilling and placing the ac on the wall is called installation and left without any demos .Also as in picture,the wire left is not even reaching the box. I haven't such cheap, unprofesesional, lacklustre work anywhere. As in video and in photo,they dont even are of connecting wires to existing wire boxwhich was already wired and setup. They came ,drilledand left the room with all debris and even afyer asking to help clean the mess ,tbey did,saying they are technicians. Also for fixing outdoor box ,my father fetched the ladder for them,but after work ,they left the ladder where it was and all the cardbord and other boxes. Havells if they employ such cold hearted, un sympathetic and such customer undriendly people , people will distance from your brand.

The cooling is great, and the filter cleaning indicator is really useful.

Pros: (1) cool the 11*10 room size within one minute in 24 degree setting. (2) silent AC.. not much noise (3) Energy Efficient Cons (1) Horizontal swing is not there as mentioned. (2) REMOTE: no led light on remote screen. It become to difficult to operate at night.

Very good ac cools very fast and covers all the room. Performance is commendable.

Using it since 2 weeks, good & fast cooling, little bit noisy but not bothersome, value for money product.
