The shape and style of this gun is very easy to use especially if you have shoulder or hand movement limitations. I am able to reach the back of shoulders and still maintain grip on the gun. It has several attachment to meet your needs. A great value for a simple tool that works well.

I’ve been using the Theragun Relief for a while now, mostly on my neck, shoulders, and legs, and it’s quickly become something I reach for almost daily. It’s powerful enough to actually loosen tight muscles, but much quieter than I expected, which makes a big difference. The percussion feels strong but controlled, not harsh or rattly. It does a great job on sore shoulders and calves, and I’ve also used it on my lower back and feet without any issues. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the weight feels balanced, so it’s easy to use for longer sessions. I didn’t think I’d care much about the Bluetooth feature, but I actually like it. The app gives simple routines and timing, which helps keep me from overdoing it. That said, it works perfectly fine on its own if you don’t want to use your phone. Battery life has been solid so far. I’m not having to charge it constantly, even with regular use, and it still feels ready whenever I grab it. It also feels well made and sturdy, like something that’s going to last. I honestly don’t have any complaints with this one. It does exactly what I want it to do — effective deep tissue relief without a lot of noise or hassle. If you’re looking for a reliable massage gun that’s strong, quiet, and easy to use, this has been a great purchase for me and is an easy 5-star product.

I’ve seen some videos of people being skeptical about devices like this and even this one specifically. My only guess is that these people have never used the machine themselves or suffered from a stubborn injury. I’ve had an ankle injury that’s bothered me for about 15 years and this has been the single most effective treatment I’ve used and I’ve been to PT for this injury. I’m talking a noticeable reduction in pain, increase in flexibility/mobility, and a significant increase in strength of the damaged muscle. I used to have a very hard time with raising my foot (dorsiflexion / drop foot). I’ve started racing on a simulator and this old highschool injury from track has resurfaced worse than ever and this was the first thing to ever give me relief from this injury. If you have an injury that’s bothered you definitely give this a try for a week and if it doesn’t give you relief you can just return it. I found it to be worth every penny in even for just a full body massage on areas that aren’t injured. Use it yourself and come to your own conclusions!

It's a great product. It works as they say it does and does so quite well. I find all 3 speeds to be useful. It seems to be well made and feels solid as if it will last a long time as long as I've cares for it properly. Yet it is lite enough to be easily portable. And the 3 sided handle really works well and makes the device easier to use and more versatile allowing one to reach more of their own body. Plus it is very quiet for this type of massager. It's the quietest one I've ever used. Keep it at room temperature (I can't imagine anyone not doing this) and store it on a table, shelf or in a drawer and if it gets dirty wipe it down with a damp cloth. I wish the trianglular opening was slightly larger and that the charge on the battery lasted a little bit longer. The power/speed switch button should be located in a different spot as it is easy to change speeds or even shut it off when that is not your intent to do so while using it. I highly recommend this product.

I had one of these type things years ago and it was too powerful and long-handled and didn't work well for me. But this ThereGun is perfect! It's super easy to hold on and part of shoulder, back and hips I need it to reach. It's very handy and holds a charge quite well. I highly recommend.

Powerful, holds a charge a long time. Not a little massage gun, this puts in real work. Most find it too rough for a relaxing massage. This is therapy, not relaxation.

Power/control button is in a stupid place where it is easy to accidentally press while trying to use the device. Otherwise works very well.

Not good and effective as i thought

After one time used. It starts plastic sound. Dont buy. Its a plastic cheap model.
