These resistance bands are very good quality, durable, and feel strong during workouts. The different resistance levels are well distributed, making them suitable for various exercises and fitness levels. They are comfortable to use, don’t roll up during workouts, and seem built to last. Overall, a great set for home workouts and definitely worth the purchase.

These are the best stretch bands I have ever seen, I do leg/hip exercises the graduated strength levels keep you building strength. Light, Medium, Strong, and Heroic. After a few weeks I have moved up to strong 50 reps twice a day each leg! The bands are made of high quality materials that breathe, no stickey rubber, pricing is more than reasonable, quality is exceptional! I highly recommend this product.

Love these. Way better than other bands I’ve tried. Took my workout up a notch. They are tight, I use the lightest one and I’m used to using the heaviest when using other style bands. I like the material and the colors. Best part is they don’t slip!

I've only used two of the bands (the lighter ones) because my legs aren't that strong. These feel very durable and are comfortable to wear. I've used them with shorts and with leggings. They stay put. I like that they're machine washable and they dry quickly. Minus one star because these are difficult to get on if you're wearing shoes - which isn't a problem if you're indoors and wearing clean (in house only) shoes, but when you're using dirty shoes (shoes you walk around with outside), it's difficult not to get your shoe rubbing on the band (usually the second foot you're trying to put through the band). I'm a bit of a germophobe so that bugs me a bit.

I recently underwent a total hip replacement. I got to the point where I could add resistance to my strength training. I am also a former fitness trainer and manager and I wish I had these bands when I was teaching!!!! The material and non-slip fit are both so complimentary to any workout. The band stays in place and it's up to you to stretch them to your capacity. Love Them!!

This are very nice and work well to improve hip strength. The various tensions available through out is way more than I expected. Being different colors makes it easy to reach in my bag and grab the appropriate tension without having to look. The width of each band makes the comfortable on my calves and thighs and the rubber grips on the inside help keep them in place My first day of use going thru the sets of exercises they include with the bands. Left my glutes and thighs sore in a good way. So and that was with the lower of the two strength bands. The highest strength would be good for squats. As the tension for me is too great to hip clams.

Good quality, good value, wide and strong bands that should help me with home physical therapy following my knee replacement surgery on Dec. 15, 2025.
