Very satisfied
I have no complaints on this at all! Easy to set up, easy to use, works great for training. I mostly only use the beep button on it to redirect my dog. If he is really excited or on a mission and the beep doesnt work than a light vibrate does the trick. I've never had to use the shock on it, nor do I think I will in the future.About 6 months after I purchased this my boyfriend lost the remote from his pocket on a hike. We figured we would have to fork over the cost for the whole set but I decided to reach out to the company to see if they sold replacement remotes and they do (they also offer the collars for individual purchase in the event something happens to it). This was such a relief to only pay for the thing we needed and the replacement remote was just as easy to program to the collar as it was the first time around.

Great customer service!
We picked this collar because it is waterproof, good reviews and the price was right. After 2 uses the collar quit working. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! Very hassle free, easy remedy to the problem. We are awaiting the replacement and hoping we just received an “off” collar round 1. Either way, great company and appreciated their fast, easy solution.

By far the best training aid for dogs I have ever used. Bravo
It is rare that a product performs well above and beyond expectations. This product does. I have purchased two additional collars after several months of trying it out on three separate dogs of differing sizes (a small morkie, a midsized beagle and a large sheep dog). The product provides three training tools, a beeper, a vibrator and a shocker. The vibrator and shocker allow the use the adjust the strength along a wide continuum. To date, I have only used the vibrator twice and the shocker once in circumstances when a dog was either in danger or was acting in a way that could endanger. In every other instance the beeper does the job.It distracts the dog from the unwanted behavior and slowly extinguishes it when coupled with positive reinforcement in the form of praise, patting and treats for the desired behavior. Easy to use. Rechargeable. Handy. Bravo!

Garbage - Please read before purchasing
Another piece of junk. Although I normally use the vibrate feature while training I sometimes will need the zap feature to stop the dog in her tracks. I have a presa canario and while doing social training around the public I need the zap feature to work, well she went taking off on me after another dog, luckily nothing happened, but the zap feature just wasn't doing anything. I tested it on my own neck at 100 power level and what a joke, it wouldn't phase a pug let alone anything bigger. I ran into this issue with other cheap chinese collars but thought I'd give this a chance since so many had voted positive on it. Again this item wasn't defective, the zap feature is just a joke. Side note, if you are training a dog and do have a collar capable of delivering a more powerful zap don't turn it all the way up, you only need it turned up to the point where they are submitting/obedient. They should not be barking/yelping when you zap them.

stopped working 1 month after purchase
Product worked great for the first month of use, used it as a training aid reinforcing commands that are already known. Collar will not charge now one month into use. After several attempts the collar did seem to take a charge, but now will not turn on or show any indication that it is charging. I would look elsewhere for a Collar.Update: After Seller read the negative review, I have been contacted and offered a refund for the defective product. I will update review again when Seller actually issues the refund

OK collars to start with but have a bunch of issues
I have one of these collars for each of my dogs. The battery life isn't that great, even if you remember to shut them off each night. Getting just the right contact on either dog can sometimes be very challenging. But when they are placed correctly, they work great. I almost never have to do more than use the beep feature.I ended up having to buy a second one of these for one of my dogs because he chewed right through the collar itself. We still have no idea how he managed to get it in his mouth but he did and destroyed the thing. So it doesn't stand up to being chewed. And the device itself does not fit on any other dog color I could find. I ended up having to order a replacement, which was a frustrating experience. We got the replacement collar in and wanted to program it to go with our other dog's collar. Followed the instructions but it took several attempts before we got it working. For a while we thought we were going to have to use two separate remotes, but thankfully after a few frustrating attempts, we got it working.

Worked really well to discourage unwanted behavior
Great to have the separate buttons for each feature, and it's helpful that you can adjust the level of vibrate or shock up/down with the buttons on the bottom BEFORE actually applying the vibrate or shock to the dog. For us, the sound or vibrate feature has almost always been enough to discourage the unwanted behavior. And when it wasn't, one quick shock on very low setting was enough of a "reminder" so we could go back to just using vibrate as needed. Within a day we were able to take the collar off and just say "no" and he listened. We did test the shock on ourselves before using it - the low setting was similar to a static shock after rubbing a balloon in your hair.

This is worth the money!
This thing has whipped my pup into a very well behaved young furson! I don’t use the shock function (not yet anyway!). The sound button is used for the first and second warning and if I have to say something the third time I use the vibrate mode on +40 setting. It makes her straighten her behavior instantly! I love it! The only downfall is the batteries need charging more often than I like. (1 time at least a week) I wish it just used batteries so I could just change them out. Sooner or later she isn’t going to allow me to keep putting the collar on especially when she figures out that it’s what vibrates and scares the crap out of her! She is a pretty large puppy now so I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets bigger than me soon so I need her to keep it on!
