I has having an issue with the LED light turning itself off during use so I checked the troubleshooting guide but it still shut itself off after about 20 minutes. If I noticed it was off it would restart but it was a bit of a pain as I don't sit in front of a mirror while using it. I reported the problem to the seller and they offered to send me a new light even though I hadn't really demanded one. Long story short I am very impressed with their customer service, Dale in particular and I would recommend them to anyone who like me had stained teeth from years of coffee and tea drinking because the product really works and they stand behind it.

It works! Excellent for removing coffee, tea or other stains off your natural teeth. (Crowns and bridgework will not be affected by this product) Apply the gel to the tray, insert in your mouth and leave it for about 20 minutes. Easy to clean, but have to put a piece of tape over the end between uses because the gel tubes don't have a cap. Comes wth a charger for the light. Have used it several times now and no problems. Happy with the results.
