You get what you pay for.
Button labels on the remote don't match the written documentation, even the pictures of the buttons in the diagram have different labels than the documentation gives (there's no "OK" button, and selecting input doesn't work the way it does. I can't figure out PIP select functions at all. More important, the PIP function shuts off after a minute, so there's no real multi-view with this unit, which is what I was looking for. Not what I was looking for, although as a basic video switch, it might not be so bad.
