I had originally put a 1 star review since it wasn't firing properly. It would only shoot like 1 out of 10 times. The following day I realized what the problem was and it's that you have to give the beads plenty of time to soak to get to the right size. If they are too small, they will get stuck and not fire correctly. Ever since then it works just fine all the time.

Easy to use and pretty accurate. Battery life is good with good batteries. Great quality fun and durable. Comes with tiny packet of dry beads you soak in water that turn into a huge bucket of gel balls .. pretty cool... Use mine to scare off some pesky night critters lol. Hopefully rocky and his possum buddy won't be coming back. If he does he better bring his own gel gun lol

I got this thing to try and kill the monster cockroaches that sneak into the house here in Florida. I have yet to come face to face with one, and I didn't realize that I would have to load the gun/have the orbeez ready to go in a situation like that. Lol but I'll update if that happens. Overall, the thing works well. I took it out back and shot it a few times. Accuracy is descent, actually. It didn't clog up for me, which was good. Batteries haven't died yet and I used it long enough to reload it 4-5 times so far. Wouldn't recommend for little kids unless you're closely monitoring them. Definitely a 11-12 years and up kind of thing in my opinion. Includes safety glasses. Use em!!

The newest gel blaster, Uproar from the nerf gelfire series feels really nice to handle and does not feel like cheap quality. The plastic is pretty solid, but my biggest downside for it is that it needs 8 double a batteries to work. I know this is listed, I am just trying to discuss the inconvenience of obtaining 8 AA batteries for just one blaster- and i bought two. i was hoping it would be rechargeable- if anything, compatible with the battery that the mythic uses. maybe sometime down the line i will get some 12v lithiom ion batteries and try to adapt em. but man that disappointed me. when you can find enough batteries to power at least one of these, it is pretty nice- it can launch up to 150fps. i just dont see myself using 16 batteries to dual wield these anytime soon unless i remember to get some extra batteries while at dollar tree. this is the equivalent of the gel blaster piranha using 6 batteries- which i already though was a lot. for 9-12 dollars more when not on sale, you could get the original Mythic which is much more customizable and adjustable while being rechargeable.

Malfunctions after a round or two. We replaced this gun twice thinking it was something wrong with our gun, but it seems to be a problem with all the guns. Jams, or stops shooting every few rounds. So frustrating for a kid. Find a different gun and don’t waste your time on this one.

Awesome for teenagers adults and big kids..but wear safety goggles cuz they pump hard

I almost wrote a one star thinking this didn’t come with a hopper but the way the stock hopper comes in the package it’s heavily wrapped in paper and I mistakend it for cardboard with paper as a sort of filler but no it was the hopper; make sure to unwrap everything so you find it. I’ve seen other posts about people griping about not having a hopper and I guarantee they threw it out thinking it was just filler. I don’t use the stock hoppers I instead used a tracer gel fire unit and am happy all around. I can keep up with my kids in neighborhood gel wars and never get malfunctions. I don’t like using regular as batteries, buy some rechargeable AA batteries it’ll save money. Also get a drainer like you use for spaghetti noodles and after you hydrate the gel ammo and they reach 7-8mm throw them in the drainer so the water drains off of them. Water will damage any gel blaster so make sure to do that and this will last a long time.

really fast shooting ,goes super far, and it hurts but not too much it is a sharp pain but goes away in seconds it feels super sturdy and man it shoots hard!

Muy bien. Al principio parece que lo de las pilas es un problema pero yo use recargables y me han durado muchísimo. Es muy divertido. Excelente juguete.

Fue un regalo para mi hijo y está fascinado.
