Love the bike although I should have got something a little smaller, this is a tank and a challenge to get on and off of. Fantastic Bike once your moving. In the future though I think I'll deal straight from the manufacturer of my next bike. The third party Amazon deals with for this one is very sketchy and borders on being a dishonest scammer. Took two complaints and opening returns before they would honor their promises.

This is my first e-bike and I’ve been looking for the right one for the past several months. When I came across this Aipas M2 I decided it was time. The sale price was a big factor. It arrived in a timely manner and I have to say the care taken in the boxing was impressive. Using the film on site to put the few things needed to finish putting it together was easy. I’m extremely happy with the ride and quality of the bike. It’s a five star from me.

This bike is very tall! My husband is 5’8” and had difficulty getting on and off this bike. Wanted to send it back (because seller states this bike is ok for anyone over 5’7”) but shipping cost is $500. 3rd party seller will not prepay shipping! Otherwise, this bike is a good, sturdy bike for anyone that is tall enough to ride it. It rides well. I have the M1 version and have enjoyed riding it.

Purchased a M2 for myself and a M1 for my wife. These were replacing our stolen e-bikes. Bikes are much better than what we had. Quality is great. Shipping was fast just like the bikes. Can't wait to put many miles on these.

got this bike in june 2024 and today it stop working oct 30 2024 we contacted them they said they would send a part~ this bike was for my son and was important tool for him to have as he was a college student. (UPDATE) nov 30th 2024 the part didnt work ...the power port for the battery is what is needed and we been waiting 2 weeks for the correct part ..meanwhile he has had to pay for taxi for a month and its been costly and BIG inconvenience as the bike has been unusable for a month now

Great value for the money. Have over 550 trouble free miles on my M2's. Highly recommend this e-Bike.
