Works well with all of my USB devices. When ...
Works well with all of my USB devices. When I attempt to charge my Thinkpad T470 the laptop pops up a message saying that power is insufficient, which makes sense since the OEM charger is 60w. It does charge the laptop when powered down. Make sure to check your laptop power requirements.

Actually works in full charge modes on the USB C port
Finally got a wall charger that will work from USB C to USB C on a wireless charger. I have gone through 3 different ones that should have worked. Of course they were cheaper so I guess you get what you pay for. This one even comes with a nice heavy duty USB C to USB C cable. Which also worked. I cant believe how hard it is to get USB C right.

Works fine, though not doing full 61W on USB-C PD port
I purchased the version of this charger that comes with the international plug set, but as far as I can tell, it is otherwise identical. In general, the charger is working fine. The only problem I have encountered so far is that it is on my 2017 Macbook Pro 13", the System Information app reads it as a 41W charger, unlike the original Apple charger that the app reads as a 60W charger. When I measure the power going into the machine during charging, the Apple charger goes up to about 58W, and this one reaches about 39W, which is consistent. I sent a note to KarstCave and they confirmed that the 61W is the overall wattage for the charger, though they didn't mention that the charger only reports itself as a 41W device. Given that, I don't really understand the warning (called a "Warm Tip" instead of a "Hot Tip" 😄) on the box and in the instruction guide saying not to use the other ports while you are using the USB-C PD port to charge a device "that around 61W"; if the charger reports that it is only 41W, the machine shouldn't draw more than 41W from that port. Maybe they're worried about machines that don't follow the spec and try to draw more power. Either way, the product description should make all of this clearer. That said, I think I'm going to keep it: Even with 41W for the USB-C PD port, the machine charges (although a bit slower than with the Apple charger), and I can plug in other devices to charge while the Macbook Pro is plugged in, the warning notwithstanding. The QC fast charge port works fine with my Samsung Galaxy G7, and the other two USB ports charge normal USB devices just fine as well. Also of note: The plugs are interchangeable with the Apple plugs, meaning you can use the grounded cord or any of the Apple plugs that work with the Apple power supply on this device this one, and you can use plugs that come with this device on your Apple power supply. For some reason, the Q&A on the product says they are a different size; they are not.
