Poor customer service for a poorly made product.
I made the mistake of buying axles from this company in March of 2025. They both failed by February of 2026 and maybe sooner if I had not noticed grease coming from them. The seller offered to replace them but what was I going to do without my vehicle for up to a week? The seller also requested I take a pic of the serial number so they could verify it was the correct part. Their reply said that I ordered the incorrect part but according to Amazon it was the correct part. As compensation, they offered me store credit since I already had my truck repaired. Needless to say, BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR PRODUCT THAT DOESNT EVEN LAST A YEAR!

Good so far 💯 I rebuilt both sides of my ram 1500. Passenger axle removal was a nightmare. One suggestion would be to include the rubber boots to seal up the splines on inner joint where they connect to intermediate shafts.

Great Product. It fit my 2017 Ram 1500 hemi perfectly ! now its time to see how long it lasts ! hopefully it will be as good as factory item.
