Right out if the box the striking looks of this lighter caught my eye. The carbon pattern is submerged in clear resin giving depth and smoothness to the entire package. Back is brushed steel with 2 fuel level viewers. Flame is NOT like picture. Two distinct jets do not merge but that's fine as they're still close enough to fir my cigar. Speaking of cigars, the cutter folded into the bottom has a nice lip to open easily. It's sharp and fully open easily angles to the correct spot for cutting the cigar. Also doubles as a pimple popper, for those huge buggers. Be careful, it will leave a hole in your face if you actually turn the cutter against your skin. If you're considering doing this, ask your mom for permission. She'll know that I'm kidding. Great lighter for an amazing price. As good or better (time will tell) than any $50 lighter in my extensive (100+) collection.

Honest makes a great lighter! Metal construction, great feel, even and reliable torch flame, and looks nice. I've gotten a half dozen other companies cheaper lighters and I got what I paid for... piles of crap. This is a fantastic lighter though and definitely going to buy more.

I can’t stop playing with the awesome handle that you pull down to light it , and the safety cover lid that slips open is just as satisfying , it’s been a great lighter and I use it a lot , no damage so far , a lot of lighters , even expensive ones , have a habit of just breaking down all of a sudden , this one feels deliberately solid

Doesn’t work at all. The spark mechanism doesn’t function. Makes a click but doesn’t cause a spark at all. Waste of money Update- after speaking with the company they promised to send a replacement, it’s been 2 weeks. No replacement and customer service won’t reply.

Damn this thing is a PAIN! I had to use the smallest adapter from the inside of my butane can lid to get it to work, and it took about 10 minutes to position properly and get butane to go in. Once I managed to fill it, this thing is awesome. Feels rock solid in the hand, I like the carbon fiber inspired design, adjustability is good and it lights every time. Also love that the lid moves completely down and out of the way leaving the flame completely unobstructed.

I have another Honest single jet lighter and it's been great for a few years now so I trust the brand. I needed a dual jet lighter and I looked around but reviews for a lot of lighters are hit and miss. I found this one and even though it's not the style I would have wanted I bought it based on my sense of the brand's reliability and the reviews were above average in comparison to others I was looking at. It's a much nicer looking torch than I expected. The size is about what I expected which is a bit bigger than I really wanted but it's fine. The fuel level windows are helpful. It was easy to fill up and it works great. It's got a bit of a fidget effect with having to flip the top and press down to spark it which is a kind of nice. It's proven to be a very good purchase imo. I recommend.

Don’t buy it. I only get it for less than 2 months and is not longer working

Loved this lighter . It was compact ,lit well in the wind , easy to carry , reasonably priced . But alas poorly engineered because the tiny strips of metal that held the striker button were not adequate .
