Works perfectly.
Works perfectly. Easy to set up. Used remotely on camping trips and no problem connecting to satellite. The only negative is Starlink’s customer service is horrible if you need help or questions asked. The upside is you can get most information you need from YouTube.

Misrepresentation
This is a used kit from Europe even has Europe style plugs. Now Starlink tells me it is probably a defective unit. Very disappointed! I will not buy from this seller again.Update, the unit which is used and really a piece of junk, is not working how. Starlink tells me it cannot acquire the unit consistently, so we get interrupted service many times a day, I mean every few minutes. So in my opinion you buy from this seller at your own risk, because of course it is past any opportunity to send it back, not to mention the cost of installation, etc. this has been frustrating and I am considering other actions that I can take.

The best Internet I have ever had .
It was exceacly like the say. I hade Hughes net it really was bad . Starlink is so much faster and it works at my house wear we don't have any service with out wfy.worth the money and Easy setup .

Totally useless. Did not work. Put the kit# from the shipping label in the STAR LINK app and star LINK says not a valid number. Star Link coustomer service is Non existent. STAR LINK Wants to charge me $499 for the equipment that I already paid amazon $650 for. 3RD PARTY SELLER MUST APPROVE RETURN BUT GIVES NO TECH SUPPORT.

A lot of money for cheaply made equipment
The antenna quit working just a couple months in the using it and I can’t find a replacement

Installed and service activated in less than 30 minutes.
The hardware had signs of use. Was easy to install and activate. It did have a European style power cord but they did include an adapter to an American style.
