I purchased this product about 2 months ago. I felt it provided incredible value for a very low price. It was delivered quickly and VERY professionally packaged. It took no time at all to configure the Smart setup and get the 2 meters installed. Thier app UI is great and provides a ton of information. I have since updated my watering plans around the information these meters provide.About a week ago, one of the meters developed an issue which I emailed their support about. They quickly responded to me, and we traded photos and a couple more emails over a 2-day period. They ended up sending me a completely new unit, and I received just 2 days later. Thier customer service/support was amazing, highly professional, and couldn't have been any better.Would recommend this company and this particular product to anyone.

I have two units installed on the cold water feed to my heater serving my dishwasher and high efficiency clothes washer and cold water clothes washer. For the first time I can evaluate the water efficiency of these appliances which is relevant to future appliance upgrades. It’s easy to use and the associated mobile app records and stores the overall consumption by period. It’s all plastic construction so requires care in installation and handling. I still have to verify its accuracy so for now I use the data as approximate records. I highly recommend as value for money of this technical device.

Easy set up and nice reading. Does not work with smart home but with property app. Hooked up with old hub fine so ended up with extra hub.

Used it in our RV last fall now the hub won’t connect to WiFi. Tried everything and no luck.

I'm sure it would've been great, but I think it relies on hose pressure (and probably reduces it somewhat). I got it installed, setup the app, connected, etc. with no problem. But the drain capacity was reduced to a small fraction, then if any debris was ingested, the screen protecting the meter clogged completely. Bummer. Like I said, nice, just not fit for drains.

These flow meters are just what I was looking for monitoring and verifying all our automatic garden watering.We have many automatic valves controlling drip tape and traditional sprinkler circuits and it's always a leap of faith that they're doing their job. Not only does this product allow me to verify that various gardens and planters are getting watered properly, it is eye-opening to see just how much water I'm using.I ordered two kits to monitor four separate watering circuits and I am impressed that I can seamlessly use both of the included hubs on one account, ensuring good reception from the meters (which are widely distributed on our property).The free app and back-end data storage are responsive and well thought out, giving me all the data views I need, and historical views as well. There's no apparent way to export this data, but a few occasional screenshots should give me the details I need to keep.I currently have four flow meters (two kits) and at this price point, I will buy several more to give me greater granularity of watering data.It's obvious from the app menu selections during setup that there are more devices than just flow meters available from this manufacturer (valves, switches, etc.) but I haven't seen these other products available on Amazon yet. Based on the great app and quality I'd certainly entertain buying into their expanded ecosystem!

I bought this to monitor output from our home's Geothermal system. It waa easy to hook it up in-line at the water discharge.I've had a bit of trouble with our pump shutting off. When that happens no heat or AC.Loading the app and setting everything was a breeze. The instructions were perfect.Today, when I was out of town I was able check for output quickly using the app.Absolutely very pleased with this flow meter.
