Take them daily and noticed a huge difference im gut health! Love this. Definitely will be a daily use from now on. The ingredients are safe for me so thats a big plus. Dont have a strong oder so thats really pleasant. For the money you wont find one better.

Decent product
It’s probably still too early to notice a difference. Most vitamins and probiotics etc. are not noticeably different for a while. But there aren’t any ill side effects which is good.
