Got this for my husband and daughter to make together, since they love Legos (but we don't love the hefty price of Legos). It's a fun build for them and they had a good time constructing this cargo train together! Looking forward to getting more of this set so we can make a complete build!

This set would be okay if the parts were all there and the wheels rolled well. Unfortunately our set was missing x3 axels and other bricks, so one car couldn’t be used. Will need to source proper Lego trucks and wheels for a smooth ride.The only option was to return the entire set for a replacement, and we had already built most of the cars. It wasn’t worth sending back, and we will not be purchasing from this event again because of the lack of support.

The initial kit I received had literally half of it missing, and I had to return it to Amazon, which was an inconvenience. The replacement was complete, though, and I found it to be acceptable. The bricks fit and are decently toleranced, the wheels are round enough, though there was extra sprue I had to remove.

Got the caboose and this does fit the officially branded locking brick system train tracks perfectly. It also has magnetic couplers that work with original sets with no issues. It makes my son's train set look spot on with the caboose now.I do want to note that a piece of the bar that holds the roof up was missing. No big deal, my son has tons of bricks and pieces as a replacement. I also want to note that there is no interior, and those little details would have made it that much better. Some side walls would have been nice as well, and maybe a door.No instructions included on how to put the wheels together, but through some minor trial and error I was able to do it.The instructions to put the whole model together, minus the wheels of course, required me to put on some reading glasses and use a magnifying glass to get it right.Other then those caveats, this is a superb alternative to the more expensive officially branded stuff. The pieces do fit each other perfectly and we had no issues with it all locking together.

One axle frame was different to the other three.Three had a moulded bar the axle sat in [see first photo].The fourth axle frame was different and had some sort of clips that the axle would not fit into.
