nice uncommon flavour with the raspberry
enjoyable protein bars. the raspberry chocolate flavour is really enjoyable and has a nice tang to it. they have a nice interesting texturethe macros seem to be pretty good and easy enough to fit into my current eating plan.i've been happily supplementing my diet with these post workout lately and they've been a nice way of getting some protein and satiating my post workout hunger through to dinner time.at £1.50 per bar they're a good price and worth buying in bulk.

Defo is the best one I've tried. All flavours, the crunch and texture... It doesn't leave your mouth dry and seems like it has okay ingredients.
