Been less that 2 months and it has gone faulty Terrible product Parts of the light has stopped working

Ordered this for our dining room to add a little more character to the dining table. It certainly has done that. It comes with everything required to fit but some tools are required with any light. The light looks brilliant the long light 'tubes' disperse the light evenly and look fantastic the light is also dimmable if that is required. The hanging strings are a bit fiddly if I'm honest I did require an extra pair of hands when fitting, that is the only reason for marking down a star. The gold looks Great couldn't b happier.

I got this pendant light to go above our dining table, and it’s transformed the dining room. It looks really elegant—modern but not too flashy, and adds a warm, stylish feel to the space. The gold finish and cylindrical design give it a clean, high-end look, and it’s easy to wipe down. The light is stepless dimmable, so we can adjust it from warm to cool white depending on the mood or time of day, which is a nice touch. The installation was pretty straightforward, though you do need to handle the parts gently. Only downside is the wire adjustment was a little fiddly but it's not like a fit lights on a daily basis. But on the whole, it’s good value for money and feels more expensive than it actually was.

This lamp is perfect and complements everything in my living room. I also appreciate the variety of color options available.

Articulo muy frágil y al intentar sacarlo de la caja vi que uno de lo empalmes que iban al soporte de la lampara estaba roto o despegado del mismo. No se ha podido montar después de todo el trabajo de atornillar el soporte al techo y desmontar para proceder a su devolución.

Je l'adore, nous l'avons installé facilement il faut juste être un peu délicat. le changment de couleur ( blanc froid / blanc chaud) et le changement d'instancité sont top. Nous l'avons mis dans notre salle à manger au dessus de la table Il est très élègant. MAGNIFIQUE. Attention à la largeur de la plate forme qui va au plafond, dans notre cas elle était plus étroite que le trou de l'arrivée électrique mais nous avons du trouver une solution esthétique pour résoudre ce problème.
