You will never go wrong with BSN Cellmass. It's not the taste I care about (although it's not bad tasting stuff), but the quality of this product is outstanding. Recovery is not lacking with this product and the best recovery nutrition is extracted and put into it. Great for people who cannot obtain all the nutrition they need for post workout recovery in one day and want a fast and easy way to get it into their system. This stuff is expensive but if you can afford it, get it and you will not be sorry. You will feel stronger and gain results faster, and will be able to notice the elevation in your performance. I recommend getting True Mass along with this product if you are interested in lean muscle mass. To be perfectly honest though, it would be nice if their products were a little cheaper.

This stuff tastes great. I started taking it because glutamine helps with colitis and other digestive tract trauma. BUt if you're in full flare you probably want something without the other additives. Since getting my health back on track I've started working out again and take this every day. For some reason it's twice the price here vs directly from the manufacturer. ??

No shortage of post-workout products. Buyers should always read the nutrition labels and compare amounts of ingredients in each. Use some caution on "proprietary blend" wording since it masks how much of each ingredient is in the blend. With all that said, this product is solid, freshness (to the extent powder can be!) and quality ingredients. There are a range of flavors (and prices) so shop for your favorite.
