Works as described
I have used this for a few weeks and my opinion is that it works as claimed. Before purchasing, I read about many of the valerian root products on Amazon and this one appealed to me as natural. I will reorder.

I have been using Valerian root from a large company, it is made with Magnesium Sterate and is not very effective. This valerian root works much be tter. I take it with Ashwaganda that relaxes me and the valerian helps me get to sleep. In 3 months I have only had one night in which my mind was racing and I could not get to sleep.
