Crazy good!
I’m new to the mechanical keyboard world so I was very overwhelmed when I started looking at all the various options and trying to figure out the terminology as well as how the different switches feel and sound. This keyboard was for my wife who types a lot and really wanted a keyboard that was going to be closer to the experience of typing on an old school typewriter with heavier tactile key presses and the clack of the keys. She also wanted a keyboard that was full sized since that is what she is already so used to.The Keychron V6 Max with Gateron Banana Switches checked all the boxes, but I was still hesitant simply because I’ve always bought the simple and cheap keyboards like Logitech’s MK series which you get a keyboard AND a mouse for $30-50. Spending $120 on just a keyboard seemed downright outrageous. That is until I had this keyboard in my hands. Not only did it check all the required boxes, but once I got my hands on the keyboard it created new checkboxes that are now requirements for any keyboard that comes after.Pros: Insane build qualityIncredible sound and feelEasy to customizeExcellent web-based softwareGreat connectivity optionsFantastic battery lifeBright backlight with lots of RGB customizationsExtremely responsiveExcellent value for the moneyCons: Not buying this soonerI joke, but seriously I currently have no cons, fantastic product!

Great. Would buy again.
I Ordered this to replace a SteelSeries V5 Keyboard. I had used it only 3 to 4 weeks and one of the Keys just stopped working on it. In looking to replace it, I wanted one where the Switches could be Swapped out. This one fit the bill. After receiving it. I am just amazed at the Quality and how easy it was to set up and use. One thing I do not like about it is that the RGB Lighting does Not light up the Letters on the individual keys. Just a Glow from beneath the keys. But that is very small issue and I still Love the Quality and Features of this Keyboard.

Excellent keyboard and solid customer support
Truly, an excellent keyboard. While some features (the sound/feel of the switches and keys, for instance) are adaptable to the customer's desires, some things are consistently true. I appreciate the superior build quality, for one. I have also come to see the swappable key switches as extremely valuable. On other keyboards, a broken switch could mean big trouble - a possible solder job, or maybe a ruined keyboard. But, with this unit you just unplug the faulty switch and replace it. Simple! Customer support is responsive and quick, and they pointed me to the solution for a problem I had with "bounce" or "chatter" (updated firmware with a debounce feature). I really love everything about this keyboard.

Bad "J" Key on New Keyboard, Slow Resolution, Keyboard Works Now
I haven't been using this keyboard for more than a week or two, but have already started to have a problem with one of the keys. The "J" key needs to be pressed with more force than any other key on this keyboard. It seems like it's having trouble with contact. I did check to see if it could be an issue related to the switch, but after swapping a couple of switches, the issue is still present.Upon doing some research, it looks like there is just a general design defect here as others have noted having this issue. I can still get the key to work, but there are a lot of times when I am typing quickly and the "J" will just end up missing. I then have to go back and fix it, which costs me time. I bought this keyboard as I do a lot of typing and wanted to get something that both felt good and could handle fast typing speeds. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be cutting it.Overall, it feels great and the backlighting is pretty decent. However, the issues with the J key are likely going to be a major problem. Based on other reviews, it seems like it will get worse over time.Update: I have reached out to support. It was a bit of a painful process to get them to do something with a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth for an issue they should apparently be expecting given quite a few reviews have similar issues, but it seems they are sending a replacement PCB to hopefully fix the issue. Unfortunately, was given no estimate or even confirmation on when the PCB is being shipped. I guess I just wait for it.Update 2: Two weeks in and no replacement PCB. No communication. Don't think I will be purchasing from Keychron anymore. Currently conducting research to determine which brand to go with moving forward.Update 3: Ended up switching to another brand entirely, but the PCB did come in. I was able to fix the keyboard, and ended up giving it to my brother. They did at least make things right, it just took too long with pretty much no communication. The instructions on their site are also the bare minimum in terms of disassembly. Most likely wouldn't take that much more effort to put a bit more detail in their guides.

This will be my keyboard brand going forward.
I love this keyboard, and added some color to it via keycaps but that's nothing to do with it's original configuration. I think I got hipped to this brand via Tech/PC YouTuber JayTwoCents. And being I trust his words about products I took a swing at it. All 5 of my keyboards (4 @ Work, 1 @ Home) of various brands are on the shelf and two were more expensive but dont have THIS feel to them! Will work via USB-C or Bluetooth and has a nice RGB lighting system with quite a few patterns to choose from.
