I have fibromyalgia and functional neurological disorder, my brain fog was taking over my life and just felt like a cloud in my head i started taking a cheap bargain store brand didn’t work, ordered these and 12 days into taking them and i cannot believe the difference in my brain fog I’m usually sceptical about this kind of thing vitamins etc but I’m off all Pharmcueticals now and never look back excellent product.

This Lions Mane supplement consists of vegan friendly capsules and also contains a bunch of B vitamins.You get 120 capsules, but the recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. The concentration though is extremely high at 13000mg per capsule ( or 26000mg per serving), when the majority of other brands only provide typically around 2000mg per serving. Two capsules also provides the RDA of 5 of the common B vitamins along with turmeric and black pepper.The capsules are quite big, but I didn't have any issues with swallowing them. They say that you can open up the capsules and sprinkle on food or in a drink if you have difficulties swallowing them. They have a slight fusty smell, (perhaps it’s turmeric?) but its not too bad.In a way, I'd rather they just focussed on the core Lions Mane, as I already take a vitamin -B complex, so that means I have to skip that if I take these. Its probably handy though if you do want to combine the two and not all B vitamins are included.I've only taken one capsule a day as I think the dose is plenty compared to what other brands are offering. The price is reasonable compared to the market for Lions Mane and the company claim to be based in Worcester in the UK since 2017 and manufacture at their own facility. They also have a website and offer a 60-Day-Money-Back Guarantee on all products.It’s probably too soon to know if I feel any benefits from taking these, but so far the quality seems fine and I have no reason to doubt the authenticity of the company or product. Since I've been using those I feel much more relaxed, calm, focused and active mentally.

Bought this after seeing it on Clarkson Farm. Thought I'd give it a try. Took for 10 days and absolutely no difference. Ended up in bin.
