This trampoline was expensive, thus the 4* for value. Having said that. This is a top of the line DIY/Home gymnastics trampoline. Manufactured from Heavy gauge steel, the frame was hand welded well and then powder coated for durability and rust resistance. The frame and all accessories are well packed in three boxes, one for surround and two for the trampoline. Total shipping weight 529 pound's. Then banded and shrink wrapped on a appx. 5 foot by 3 foot pallet. This pallet is an irregular size so the delivering truckers pallet jack will only fit one leg under the pallet at a time. Making it a difficult task of getting it off the truck. Eliciting harsh word from the delivering trucker. All hardware is simplified by all being the same for all applications. The mat and surround net are heavily sewn material for durability and a long warranty. My only complaint is the difficulty of installing the surround net pole padding and the thin plastic pole padding slip over sleeve. Took me some time to figure a method to put the padding, sleeve and top on while climbing the ladder once. Overall, this thing is a tank. Strong and heavy so it does not move with the heaviest of bouncing. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. Spendy and worth it. High quality equipment throughout.

The media could not be loaded. I am so impressed by this trampoline. It’s just the right size, and its bounciness is impressive. I can now tell a huge difference between a cheap trampoline and one of good quality. It likely has to do with the fact these springs are quite a bit larger than on most trampolines, thus contributing to the bounce.I wanted to get this trampoline as a fun way to stay in shape and also to be able to practice my old gymnastics flips without hurting my joints. Even when I was in my early 20s, I primarily used a trampoline to practice my flips, and I can’t even begin to imagine how bad it would be now to practice on the ground. To my surprise, I was able to get my backflip back on the second day, and that made me so happy.My friends and family also enjoy the trampoline, and my mom said, “I feel like I’m a kid again.” This is just such a fun way to stay in shape, and it gives us all something to do outside!

Good product. Easy to install. Can’t say how durable haven’t had it long enough. Kids say bounce is great.

I was a little hesitant to spend so much on a trampoline, but I heard this was the best, so I splurged. I'm happy to report, this is one of my favorite purchases ever. The kids have been using this thing literally every day for over a month now. Jumping has just become something they do every day, for at least a couple minutes, and I suspect it will be the first thing they do after school once it starts up again. Any of their friends who come over who also own trampolines say this one is much bouncier than theirs, so I guess my research paid off. It's so bouncy, even I can't resist jumping on it occasionally, which is probably good because it seems like it's also amazing exercise... 5 minutes of jumping feels like 10+ minutes on the treadmill. Except it's, you know, actually fun!I also really appreciate their great customer service. There was a small problem with the safety net on mine, and they replaced it pronto. Great company.

I had my trampoline professionally installed and have been fixing it every night after my elementary age kids use it. DO NOT BUY this trampoline if you plan on touching the net. My installer provided by the company told me this model is intended for adults. The poles are very lose, the caps do not connect to the poles, and the plastic wraps around the pads are very thin and rip easy. It's been four weeks of jumping and this looks like a total eyesore. The picture attached shows the result of the netting after one jump with two elementary age kids. Customer service is way overwhelmed and will take days to respond to voice messages or email. Take a look at other pictures and you will see how the net sags and bungies drop down.

Received within a week during this COVID 19 pandemic. My wife and I were looking for a trampoline to keep our gym girls busy since they are stuck at home. We didn’t settle for any trampoline, the reviews were right! This ACON HD TRAMP is the top of the game.Packaging was amazing and detailed, instructions were easy to understand and setup was approximately 5 hours to include unpacking. Everything you need to install was included (except a screwdriver). I would recommend not putting too much torque on the frame bolts with the spacers (which are plastic) that support the enclosure. They will break off possibly and could hurt you. I would recommend ACON to manufacture rubber spacers instead for more durability.My girls love it and are extremely happy. It definitely provides fun for the entire family and yes, I got some massive air!

We really want to love this trampoline. I spent a year researching because it is such a big purchase. It is very well made and sturdy! Has a great bounce! Great customer service. However, the safety net is not safe at all. The bottom of the net does not attach in any way to the frame. If your jumper falls or misses a jump and falls back against the net, it is possible for them to FALL OUT. I would NEVER allow any neighbors or friends to play on this trampoline for liability reasons. With my own children, I need to be watching them while they jump. I am so mad at myself for not catching this in all my research. If you don't care about the net - as many older kids don't - this is a wonderful piece of equipment. But if you have younger children or you are concerned with safety, look at another brand.

Heavy built trampoline. However the stitching on the mat that covers the springs is poor. The pics I attached show the quality of the stitching. It's not what you would expect for $1800 dollars. Other than that it's a great trampoline.
