I really like these
Weight has not melted off of me, but I do feel less hungry. What the other reviewers say about opening the jar is true. They stink all together in a jar but taste great. They mostly taste of apple, but I get the hints of pomegranate, too. A lot of gummies mess with my system. Apparently, pectin and I are not great friends. These rarely bother me. I only take one at a time. I put six in a pocket pill container and take them as I feel like it through the day. I rarely take the entire six, but if I take five or six I might get a bit of digestive trouble. I have lost a few pounds in the few weeks I have been enjoying these, but nothing major. Mostly I feel less hungry, I eat less at a sitting, yet I feel energetic. I am on my second jar, so I have not been taking these for very long, but long enough to know they make me feel better and less hungry.

Doesn't work
Its not a good product, made me feel really sick. I tried to return the product but getting intouch with the customer service was hearing a phne recording saying this VM is full. So that says alot. My best advice to those reading this, just drinks lots of water and just find a good work out routine that works for you.

Doesn't help lose weight
I guess it's true...the only way to lose weight is to stop eating more calories than you can burn. This product has not worked out for me and I've been eating them for about 1month. They're not as advertised. Wishful thinking.
