Men's Ratchet Tactical Belt, 1.5" Nylon Web Work Belt with Automatic Slide Buckle, Adjustable Trim to Fit

About me - I've been an "EDC" guy for many, many years now. Currently EDC a Shield 2.0 strong side hip in a kydex IWB with a spare mag OWB. If I'm dressed, it's with me. I wear a 34" waist size and typically buy pants and shorts a size larger to allow for IWB carry. I ordered this belt in a size medium. It arrived nicely packaged and boxed up, it includes a small drawstring carrying pouch. Following the directions, I trimmed 2" off which still allows for a perfect fit. I could probably take off another inch or so, but it's fine now as is. First off I was impressed by how stiff this belt was in terms of vertical rigidity, probably due to the repeating ridges that allow it to ratchet. An EDC belt has to be rigid to support weight and keep things where they belong, consistently. So far, so good. Operation is simple. Feed it through and pull it to tighten, it ratchets and locks in place automatically. Where this belt really shines is the ability to adjust it on the fly. The small lever on top of the buckle unlocks the ratchet and allows you to loosen the belt. I found that that it works extremely well for minute adjustments. You can quick - click the lever and it will release one notch at a time allowing you to instantly dial in the perfect fit. Time will tell as far as durability and longevity, but for the low price, especially compared to similar "name brand" belts, I'd be happy if it lasts a year and I'd buy it again. In fact I'm probably going to buy a second one just to have a spare. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edit: Update, I bought a second belt in Coyote and they are both in regular rotation now.

I've been looking for the perfect tactical belt for CCW and hunting for years. The belt needs to be tough and rigid, easy to put on and take off, easily adjustable, and able to shorten the length. This is the only one that checks all of those boxes. Most other belts use a quick detach buckle, the one with the two buttons. Those are fine if you need to quickly detach, but to remove the belt from the pants, you still need to undo the tri-glide side of the buckle. If you need to quickly remove your pants with the ratchet belt, just press the button and easily loosen the belt. The best part of the ratchet belt is that tightening is easy, just pull the end of the belt. Loosening is just as easy with a push of the button. To remove the belt from the pants, just push the release button the pull the end out of the buckle, then grip the buckle and pull the pants, less than two second. And because it's a ratchet, the belt is infinitely adjustable. The rigidness of the belt is perfect. It's thick and stiff enough to hold up your gun, but it's not too stiff to be uncomfortable. The belt is all nylon so it's easy to cut to fit and securing to the buckle is easy. It's truly in the goldilocks range. Add in a bunch of different colors and a price tag of less than $20, and I've already bought three belts and I'm planning on getting a fourth. Unless you're wearing a tuxedo or suit, there is no need for any other belt.

Well made from quality materials. Adjustable in 1/8" increments vs. a traditional belt, which makes it a customizable fit for anyone. The length of the belt is easily trimmed to length, instructions are included. The ratchet mechanism holds the belt securely and is easy to release. The material doesn't stretch, but I didn't want a belt that would stretch. I wanted an adjustable tactical belt that would hold anything attached to it tightly and securely both inside and outside of the waistband.

i got the belt in size-Medium in color- coyote which is a rich beige that i like. i suggest using your inseam for your pants and measure the length of your favorite belt if you got one to get you the best belt size the first time. keep in mind it's really easy to shorten the belt, so get the belt a little longer if your unsure, and shorten it ip to your liking when you get it. i measured my really old belt, and it was a little shorter than this one, so i cut a little off and I'm very happy with the the length now. the belt has a strong firm feel, but yet flexible to thread through your belt loops, which fit my needs well, as i hang lot's of water on my belt for dog walks in hot weather along with my cell ohone. the belt look good in coyote color, but you have some good color options for your fashion needs. it's very easy to release the belt on the Buckle and cut/trim it's square end off to adjust the length leaving the nice finished round end alone. I love it's so easy to wear too as you just push the belt through the Buckle and the internal ratchet automatically grabs the belt firmly, and you can micro adjust it to get it where you need it, then pull the release lever on the Buckle when you want to remove the belt. it'd make a great work belt, or a firearms belt, or simply a nice everyday belt that you can micro adjust it for the just the right fit, as I've been using mine everyday now, and expect to get a long life out of it, so if you have a tough time finding the right length belt that never quite fits right, get this one and customize the length and enjoy the micro adjustment when you wear it, and enjoy a comfortable belt custimized for you, as there many lengths and color options to choose cfom. i may get some additional colors in the future. I was stressing about adjusting the jength, but ot turned out to be much easier than i thought to get the right length for me and ive been very happy with the belt after wearing it for a week now. ifcyou want a custom belt, you know to get this one now. it feels lightweight and very durable, a d comfortable to wear which suits me great as it holds up my pants with about 96 ounces of water bottles or so either hanging on the belt or in my pockets.

I’m a big bloke and getting a belt to fit isn’t easy, I also wanted something robust and easy to use. It’s very well made, belt material is quite stiff but is easing up with use, I ordered a larger size so I could adapt it downwards. That was dead easy to do, just measured it up, removed the buckle, cut it with a craft knife and melted the new end. Popped it all back together and Job Done. It does take a little while to get used to the button on the ratchet belt but it’s great. Oh and it keeps my trousers up 😉
