These gummies are super tasty! I got the strawberry kind and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste!I creatine loaded for the first 6 days and per my body weight I took 20mg per day (broken up into 5mg doses 4x per day- 3 gummies =5mg) . After that I now take a normal 5mg dose (3 gummies) post workout daily.**if you are creatine loading you have to drink at least a gallon of water through the day (not all at once) with it and if you're supplementing with creatine you need to increase your water intake- please consult a doctor , I'm not a doctor just sharing what I've learned is necessary for creatine loading/ supplementing**When I first started working out I was incredibly sore and my body was not loving me adding weight lifting into my routine. I have fibromyalgia and it was really flaring me up. At that point I started adding a protein powder which helped a bit with recovery. Once I started taking these I can lift to failure and where I would have been down for the count before, I'm experiencing very minimal soreness after hard workouts.I've noticed even as I approach the bottom of my first bottle my muscles are growing! Price is good, taste is good, results seem good so far so all in all, I'd highly reccomend!

Needed to reduce the amount of powders i'm using in my stack and this was a great and obvious choice. I can feel that its the perfect amount of creatine. In addition these gummies taste fantastic. I almost wish I had a tub of these just as candy!DONT FORGET you will not 'notice changes right away' with creatine. I recommend doing your research and drinking a gallon of water a day if possible. 5g is a great amount to add to your routine. No need for loading IMO.

Really good creatine supplement, good value for the price. I can see effect on my muscles getting a bit bigger in comparison with no supplement. Pineapple is the best flavor

Taste on these was great, I did read though that it's better to take your creatine in a powder, because it's supposed to be absorbed fast. But if you can't hack the powder or will only take it if it's a gummy these were great. I did feel like they gave me more energy as well.

You guys need to start a snack company because these things taste so good (and without sugar!) that I'm over here eating them like snacks, taking way more than the recommended dose. No clue about the effects, haven't noticed anything yet, but I'm going to keep eating them.

Buyer Beware. Read the advertising carefully, as this product is only good for 40 servings. The advertising states that the product is $.07cents / count. I would liked to have known that the count was per gummie, and not per dose. With this in mind this product is not a good comparison to other products in terms of price. My bad on not reading enough, their bad on marketing information.
