Pump Grumble
The threaded component of the pump does not match / fit the thread count of the barrel. Therefore, pump is unstable and difficult at best to operate.

Melted after 1.5 months
We used to it pump gas and it stopped working after just 1.5 months. the feeder hose bent and the pump would not pump a drop.

Threads don't match
**UPDATE**Seller let me know that the threads match an IRON barrel. Ours are plastic. They offered a few good solutions. Upgrading to 4 stars. Will upgrade to 5 stars if they mention in the product description that this fits standard iron barrels only.As a previous review stated, the threads of the insert don't match the barrel, which makes the pump pretty difficult to use. I'm not sure if it's just some types of barrels, but we use fairly standard car wash chemicals and all of our barrels are the same. Also, all other pumps fit our barrels fine. Would love to hear from the seller to see if there's another part that could be sent out. Otherwise I guess I'll be duct taping it. The pump works well aside from how it fits on the barrel.

The parts inside rusted because we were trying to use dish soap in it.

A great tool
This pump is a great value and works fabulously. We use it to pump alcohol, ferric chloride and chroming chemicals.
